Very busy during the day in winter, so I tried to go early in the morning. They claim to be open 24 hours, but the touchless bay had a sign saying it was closed, two of the three self-serve bays were blocked and the third had a damaged back curtain, so I wasn't sure if I could get out, so I had to use the outside sprayer, for which the instructions were woefully inadequate. They need a website where they post the status of all bays and instructions for the self-serve.

Quick decent car wash, cost is between 10 and 15 dollars. Soft touch only. Line moves very quickly. Vacuums are good, but you have to share with the spot next to you.

Change machine shorted me $2.50, Tried 3 different vacuums, all terrible, wand wash mediocre and overcharged me. No attendant to address issues. Never going back.

This morning I took my minivan to get cleaned at this car wash. During the cleaning the wipers would spin against my car, hitting it pretty hard. I noticed after that there was a crack in my windsheild that was not there prior. Unfortunetly I'll have to pay hundreds to replace it. I regret my $15 car wash here. Not worth it.

I love this place. They have a dryer in their self served car wash. Oh I love it granite. I will wash and scrub my car and it'll Endo cost me like 25 bucks but I don't care like my car is spotless, they have a dryer, you can dry your car off before you drive out. I go in there and I am doing Van life right? So I will clean out the inside of my car. I'll straighten everything out. I even changed my spark plugs, then I scrubbed my car down. I waxed it, I rinsed it. I dried it absolutely love this place and they're vacuums outside amazing, they work so well, thank you so much.You guys do a great service.Thank you for being such a good business

My car is covered in swirl marks and scratches. Either the brush was really dirty and I didn't get it clean enough before using it on my car or I guess I applied too much pressure? I don't know exactly what happened, but it shouldn't be this easy to completely destroy your exterior.

Made a bet despite the reviews on this place, since Madison has a lack of good car wash. I should have believed the reviews. I went for the touch free wash $12 option. of the two arms of the machine, the left arm works only partially so when I came out of there the driver’s side of my car was still dusty and dirty. And, it is worse since the wax coat is put on the dirt smh. I then wanted to try the vacuum that cost $2 cash/coin only, even though most places I have done usually have them free. This vacuum on the 3motor mode has no suction, a human could create more suction from their mouth. Waste of money, of course I wasn’t going to waste money on other vacuums, maybe just the one I used is like this.

Worst car wash I have ever been to. I’ve been to hundreds over the last 5 or so years (my son is a car wash enthusiast) and this is the first that I have ever seen that actually damaged my car. (This is the soft touch bay for context.) Firstly, the front and top brushes never came in. Secondly, the wash was extremely dirty. Third, it tossed my car around like it was nothing! So rough. Fourth, it took my gas cap off! And fifth, the cherry on top, it didn’t dry nearly at all. Avoid at all costs. It’s been like this for over a year at this point, I don’t think they have any intention of changing anything.

Usually love going here once a week but sometimes it's a hit or miss with the touchless during the drying stage. During the drying stage, usually you have to wait until the foam and water jets die down otherwise your car gets sprinkled with it during the drying stage. Yesterday though it was closed so I used the self wash on bay 1 and the triple foam didn't work at all so I was left with even a more dirtier car.

Dryer / blower didn't work after spending $40 on washing my truck so I couldn't dry it so it got all dirty again. The wax gun was broke also and shot stuff all over me. There wasn't a customer service number posted either as i would have rather called and spoke to someone vs leaving this review.

I went through the touch free stall and paid for their top of the line service ($12). The unit doing the cleaning looked haggard and ran into my cars driver side front bumper during the first rinse cycle. No damage was done. The end result of the wash was obvious dirt marks left behind on multiple surfaces including the windshield, hood, wheels and side mirrors amongst others. I had to go elsewhere to have it cleaned again. It cost less than what I paid at Auto Spa and properly cleaned my car.

Great pressure and brushing, but blowers system are a real problem someone does work and the timer still counting and the blowers stop early. The Open sign is on, but the carwash is closed.

Good place for car wash. This place has multiple car wash option, 1. Self - 3 bays. For vehicles below 7ft 2. Self - 1bay. Outside for vehicles above 7ft 3. Touch less wash 4. Soft touch wash Air filling station, vacuum stations, and place to park your car and cloth wipe. Instructions are clear for self wash. Bays are clean and neat. No stagnant water. The bay I went triple foam did not work other than that everything seemed working. As a general note, regardless of what wash you do, spend some time to cloth wipe your car to make it look shiny and clean. The entrance faces northwest. Clear visible sign at entrance. I will return and recommend this place.

By far the worst car was for the "lava" wash. Left soap all over my vehicle, the dryer doesn't give you enough time to properly dry a full size 4 door truck. Left dust all over the vehicle and didn't get the parts clean that it actually managed to hit. Ended up washing my vehicle myself at home anyways. Don't waste your time.

This is the only bay opened with hella mud all over the ground already the other 2. One was coned off and the other had someone in it I was just going to wait on them but they were cleaning their kayaks and covers, I knew it was going to take forever, so I tried looking for staff.... No one! So I drove on anyway, as it's the closest one to my house and I was determined to wash, wipe down, and wax before class and work the next day. I spent $5 on top of the $5 it takes to start the wash just trying to get the mud off the ground and not anymore on my tires. Upset with customer service the lack of upkeep and the person who left it that way. That's why they have an outside bay that's not enclosed. Sadly disappointed. Ended up spending $15 and had to rush my last $5 and still ended up with muddy tires and fender wells..

I almost never leave bad reviews but this left me gobsmacked. Went here cause I don't often wash my car and wanted to treat myself to a fancy light show car wash cause why not? The right bay lights were working, left was just plain old white light. I got the lava wash cause it was more expensive and I figured it was better. It left a crqzy amount of residue on my car to where I had to immediately go somewhere else to wash the crud off. Maybe the rinse cycle was broken or something wasn't calibrated right, idk. But I've never had to go to a 2nd place to wash crud off from the first.

Husband has been here before not I. This was the first time I came here. It was pretty decent for the most be part. Paid 10.00 but it was probably better to go with the regular drive through car wash- preferably.. The instructions weren’t really clear on what steps or how long (I mean maybe obvious to some but it wasn’t) it was pretty clean. I called to see the hours, no answer. There is no place anywhere with hours listed. I would recommend that! Nice vending machine with supplies! Will return.

Absolute best car wash I can find in Fitchburg. I am a paint correction specialist and painter as a hobbyist. I love this car wash because it’s affordable and everything works. The best part is that they are open during the winter! I wanted to spray the undercarriage on my GS400 and prep it for winter but it started to snow heavy here but I was still determined to get the salt and snow from underneath my car as well as giving the body a prep wash. Everything works in the cold and their bay doors are automatic which makes things super super easy! Another positive is their entrance is nice for semi lowered cars and it’s flat all the way to the bays which was nice in the snow for my RWD car Thank you so much! It would be so cool if they had some sort of undercarriage jets in the self serve bays because that would be even more amazing
