We were given a quote from the dealer for a repair, Grahams was able to do it for about 60% of the dealer quote, and they were able to get us in sooner than the dealer could have. Staff was great about explaining options and didn’t try to over well us, gave us some heads up for repairs to think about over the next year.

I answered their Facebook ad for an oil change and check over on my 1998 Chevy Tahoe and I'm very glad I did! They found an intake manifold coolant leak which needed to be taken care of ASAP. And some other gasket leaks that were worse than I realized. I've had them do that work and a lot of other stuff, rebuilt the front end, new shocks, coolant leaks repaired, new plugs, plug wires and cap and rotor. I've owned it since 2003 and it's never run better! I'm so appreciative of Josh and everyone taking such good care of my Tahoe. That they are close to me and offer loaner cars are icing on the cake! I highly recommend Graham's!

Highly recommend this repair shop! They gave me very detailed inspection details for the needed repairs on my car, and also very detailed estimate on what everything costs and where those costs came from. When I decided to not go through with the repairs due to how much it would cost they gave me the inspection for free. Very much appreciate their work and honest communication with me!

I had a horrible experience at Graham’s automotive! Not once but now, weeks later after a failed oil change! The first time I was given a price to replace a strut on the rear lift on my SUV… they ultimately brought the price up to $756. after refusing to just replace the one strut! Saying that you could only purchase them as a pair, though I knew differently! I eventually had the one strut replaced for $63…. They did an oil change on my car also! Had a check engine light go on very recently.. today I luckily went into a trustworthy mechanic, late on Friday afternoon. After only 5 week since the oil change, I had no oil show on the dipstick! The computer showed 3 codes! The oil had been leaking out, likely through the oil filter! Had 5 quarts of oil added, and a new filter was installed! Codes all disappeared.. I called grahams, they said that I should bring the car back in so they could evaluate the problem! Ha! No way! I would never recommend them for anything as simple as an oil change! Beware! I am a senior woman, and may seem like an easy target, but I don’t like to think that! When I sat in their waiting room.. longer than expected.. I overheard the manager Josh, telling his boss…”we’re down numbers from last week!”… well, I guess he was as trying to make up for the numbers by screwing over me and others in the waiting room that day!

Very pleased with Graham's. I took my 2013 Toyota Avalon in for an oil change and overall inspection just because of the mileage (123,000). They did a very thorough inspection, gave me a detailed report of issues, including photos, and didn't pressure me at all to have repairs scheduled. Thumbs up!

In Oct 2025 I brought my 2005 RAV4 in to replace the starter. There was a big problem though. The plunger core of the starter was oxidized and fused to the transmission. After several hours of clever labor it finally came loose and loose parts retrieved from the tranny housing. The quoted price promise was kept despite these complications. Josh was reasonable and responsive.

I cannot adequately express my appreciation for Josh’s help yesterday (Dec 24)! I made one call after another looking for a mechanic to diagnose problem with my car, which was making a whining noise on startup. No one answered the phone until Josh did, and then he made arrangements to bring the car in right away. And THEN he diagnosed the problem, added power steering fluid, and gave expert opinion. No charge. Friendly service. All on Christmas Eve day.

My experience was less than satisfactory. I recommend carefully reviewing the fine print when scheduling an appointment online. I was charged $311 (after a $40 adjustment) for an inspection. While I understand my vehicle required several repairs, a labor rate of $150 per hour feels unreasonably high. 2 stars for Friendly staff, but prices are on the expensive side -Just be cautious when booking !

I've looked for years for a place like this! My car is pretty rare, and the manufacturer doesn't usually sell parts for it. This means using third party components is often a must, and it can be difficult to find a reputable mechanic willing to do this. They were able to source the parts and did the labor very quickly! No waiting weeks for parts to arrive as often happens elsewhere for this particular car (and comes with the territory). The inspection information sheets are easy to follow, they didn't push for unnecessary work, and they allow for a loaner car without any charge while repairs are being done. Just awesome!

The staff at Graham’s are so helpful and courteous. I had a few free oil changes with the dealer for my car that I was not aware of, and Graham’s staff called the dealer and informed me of the free maintenance available to me and asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment. I thanked them for letting me know and asked to just do my oil change/rotation while I was at Graham’s. They did a great job and I so appreciated them letting me know that, which they absolutely didn’t have to do!

Josh and team at the Madison location are great. They do all my oll changes. They also do a complimentary inspection of your vehicle and give you a printed report of suggested maintenance and repairs with costs but are NOT pushy about trying to sell you these services. They simply make you aware of them. They performed a transmission repair and accepted my third party repair insurance. I simply gave them the phone number for the insurance company and they handled everything for me. I had one issue after an oil change and messaged them through their website. Josh called within 2 minutes of me sending the message and discussed my issue on the phone. Turns out I was completely mistaken and Josh was polite and professional about the entire matter. Can't recommend these guys enough.
