Started with not being scheduled to wait for my truck, then the tire was not fixed (had to make another trip) then the sticker (wind shield) was to another vehicle, then it seemed like the oil didn't actually get changed (truck VERY chuggy), had to come back again and wrestle with team about it. They did finally change it again, and the air filter box was not closed. Very poor experience, very unprofessional. Very troublesome. My truck is a major equipment investment. I own large cnc mills as well. If the repairmen for those were this sloppy they would be fired immediately. Just fyi.

Purchased a 2023 “CPO” Sierra from them. The whole process was less than great from speaking to the online sales guy to parking in my drive. I noticed when I got home that one of the rims has curb rash and the rear bumper was “repaired to their quality standards”. I feel as a consumer that they’re not looking out for their customers in the long term. Their response was “it’s a used vehicle” and brushed it off. Maybe that’s true, but it’s an expensive investment that you should at the least feel like you were treated fairly and with professionalism.

I dropped my car off for an oil change at 8am. I was in from out of town so I asked them to text me when it would be done. There was no communication about the appointments progress. I called and left a message at noon asking for an update w no call back. Stopped in at 1 and was told it hadn’t been started yet. It was finally done 7.5 hours after I dropped it off. I signed my bill and left. Purely by accident I walked back past the guy I was working with and he mentioned that by the way, also they found an oil leak and I should bring the car back. Very poor communication throughout the process. Not impressed.

Had to go in for a recall repair, booked the repair first week of January and nobody got back to me until I called in February and insisted on the repair. Getting there, I was told the repair will come with complimentary car wash. I get a call that the car is ready and I reach there and was told that it was not ready because the service team thought they had the car all day till next day. I had to go home and wait again for their call. When they call and I got there for pick up. My car still the same no car wash and the dashboard still says that maintenance is needed on the same recall that was supposed to have been repaired. However, I got a call from them trying to get some other non related repairs on my service to pay for which was not what I asked for. The only good thing is that they paid for the Lyft anytime I had to leave their office to my house which is just $10 twice. Even if I wanted to go back there for any repairs, I definitely won't.. They need to treat everyone with equity and standards should be upheld.

ZIMBRICK was ready for my on time appointment. They made sure things under warranty were properly covered (I had purchased an extended warranty). Everything was covered. I waited for my car. Although it took a few hours their waiting areas are comfortable. I watched the Olympics. My card was returned to me sparkling clean due to free car wash after service.

Prior to my appointment I had never had my car serviced here before as I’m a student and not from the Madison area. I found it very easy to schedule an appointment and when I arrived I was immediately helped by Landon who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of how I described the issues with my car. He was able to call me a free lyft to return back to campus for the day. My car had not been serviced in a while and there were many things that were wrong with it. I was shocked to have only waited one full day given the 12 separate repairs they had to make. They had all of the parts on hand and Jennifer was an excellent communicator and called me numerous times on the status of my car. I would 10/10 take my car back here to get serviced!
