Cannot that Mate enough for fixing my mystery problem. I have a 2012 Chevy Malibu - only 45k miles. The car ran fine but would not start on occasion, then start later on. The engine code only said something in the fuel pump system. After Mate looked at it and fixed what the code recommended, the car continued to have a problem. A Chevy dealership had the car for 2 days and could not find the problem. Mate took it upon himself to research the issues I was having and finally located a bulletin issued years ago by GM - something you would think the Chevy dealership would have known. When I called him again telling him I was still having the issues, Mate had the answers and within hours, my 3 weeks of frustration was gone. That is great customer service! And I didn't even talk about how he helped me pushed the car out when it did not start.

I went to Mates when I used to have a beat down Jetta and he treated it with the best service ever. Honest and fair ( which is what you will see in other reviews) and took care of me in the middle of Covid when other shops weren't even open. First, I've known and been going to Mate for quite sometime now and Mate is someone trustworthy enough I allow to touch my vehicle as I don't really trust "other" mechanics I don't know personally as I have couple modifications done to my vehicle, so anytime I need something he is my go to mechanic for anything or for any questions that I have! Mate does quality work on my car and when something doesn't feel right he finds time for me in his busy schedule to figure out what's going on and what is needed if anything is needed and is it critical to replace. He's a honest, very understanding, and reasonable guy and I couldn't be more satisfied with everything he has done for me already. Thanks Mate, I appreciate everything!

We were in a pinch and looking for a part on back order that nobody else could get in a timely manner; Mate was able to locate said part for us with apparent ease. We planned to schedule the install with Mate, but new information came to light, forcing us to get rid of the vehicle instead. Traveling through the USA pulling an RV is great but when you need to have your truck serviced finding the right shop can be challenging. I spoke with Mate and he was able to get all of our needs (6 new tires, oil/air filter) completed in 1/2 a day and even fixed our tire monitoring system where previous shops had failed. Mate is a fellow RVer and took personal care of our truck to keep us safely on the road.

Unfortunately I have to give them one star. They literally kept my RV all summer, charged me $3,800 AND IT WAS NEVER FIXED. Said to me, "Sometimes things are just unfixable." Are there any good repair facilities out there?
