I had some work here done for a minor accident & had a great experience all the way around. Jayson & Steve are very knowledgeable & straightforward. Some of the reviews here mention a Greg who was creepy w women - he has not been there for quite a while now. This place reminded me more of the way things used to be in the USA. When I went there to get an estimate, my bumper was nearly hanging on the concrete. They offered without me asking, pulled the car around back, and screwed it into place in kess than 5 minutes. It nearly appeared, not needing to be fixed. The irony is I had a hell of a time with the insurance company. They were just not seeing how the bumper was more damaged than it appeared. It should be noted that this was done before I committed to repair at their establishment. This was so refreshing of an experience. They did not try to squeeze every nickel out of me as invariably most businesses do now-a-days in this fading republic. Thank you for the help, Jayson & Steve!

Greg the estimator is inappropriate, unprepared and unprofessional. Don’t go here if you’re female. Period. He made dirty inappropriate jokes and comments. He made the mistake of telling me he gives rental cars away for free, then wanted to charge me for it. They weren’t even aware that I was coming that day when I booked it a month in advance because they had a loaner car for me that day, when I arrived they said they didn’t have one for me. They didn’t even call me ahead of time to let me know. Complete lack of customer service and extremely lazy and incompetent. 100/10 would not recommend. Also less than a year later the scuff work removal that was done has faded and no longer looks new. ** the response is not professional or helpful regarding my experience, but thank you for the acknowledgment and letting everyone know Greg is no longer there.
