Had a great experience with M&M Auto Body. They are very old school, no frills, and have clearly been doing this for a long time. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They seem very reliable and honest, which are definite strengths in this industry. They did a fantastic job on my car and went above and beyond in restoring the paint and getting rid of additional scratches. As an added touch, they deep cleaned my car, and it looked and smelled better than it ever has when I picked it up. I hope won’t need their services again, but, if I do, I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend!

I had some work here done for a minor accident & had a great experience all the way around. Jayson & Steve are very knowledgeable & straightforward. Some of the reviews here mention a Greg who was creepy w women - he has not been there for quite a while now. This place reminded me more of the way things used to be in the USA. When I went there to get an estimate, my bumper was nearly hanging on the concrete. They offered without me asking, pulled the car around back, and screwed it into place in less than 5 minutes. It nearly appeared, not needing to be fixed. The irony is I had a hell of a time with the insurance company. They were just not seeing how the bumper was more damaged than it appeared. It should be noted that this was done before I committed to repair at their establishment. This was so refreshing of an experience. They did not try to squeeze every nickel out of me as invariably most businesses do now-a-days. Thank you for the help, Jayson & Steve.

Great experience. Very professional. Their estimate was very reasonable. Called me when the car was done and said that the cost to repair was $500 less than the estimate. They didn’t have to put on an additional part. Had my car fixed in 2 days. Paint matched perfectly. And they washed/cleaned the outside and inside of the car. It looked brand new. Very friendly customer service. Would highly recommend them.

I bought my beautiful Plasma Blue Sti in NY a month ago. To my dismay, five days after I bought it, I was rear ended. After doing my research on auto body shops in the area, I decided to go to M&M, and immediately I knew that this would be the shop that would work on my car. Greg spoke with me upon arriving, and he was a pleasure to talk to. You could see the pride that he took in not only restoring cars to superb condition, but also in ensuring that his clients are fully satisfied. He did the initial estimate, and reassured me on multiple occasions that my car will be in the right hands. Mike also worked on the initial estimate, and answered all of my questions fully as well. I left his office without a doubt in my mind, that my car would be in perfect condition soon enough. Steve updated me nearly every day with pictures of my car! He always made sure to call me regarding questions on parts, and gave me time frames as to what would be completed that day/week. M&M Auto Body is the number one body shop in the area. If you care about having a great peace of mind, beautiful looking car, and top notch service, there's no other place to go to!

•Exceptional Service •Caring Staff •Honest, Fair Pricing •Beautiful Work •Provided A Loaner M & M Auto Body went above and beyond for me from the 1st phone call to the last detail. NOT a Dent & Scratch! NOT a Fender Bender! *FRAME DAMAGE and a Whole Door Replacement --minimum. I was in a bad situation with really limited funds. M & M not only made my car safe and functional, they made it beautiful. My situation: -I was t-boned in a hit and run. -I did not have full coverage insurance. -Had to get it fixed because it wasn't just ugly, it wasn't safe -Had to pay out of pocket for repairs ***I was very lucky. My whole family offered to help split the cost, but it was still pretty limited*** What happened: -I got several estimates in the entire Madison area; prices ranged from 3800 to over 9000.^ -Everyone was informed it was going to be out-of-pocket, it was our family pooling limited resources, and there wouldn't be much wiggle room once the cost was set. -The initial requests were made via email with a series of very detailed photos included, understanding that this was preliminary and an in-person inspection would be needed to finalize things. -M & M got back to me very promptly and followed up a few days later. They also gave a solid estimate of how long my car would have to be there... -They had the most reasonable, complete local estimate. •very clear •very up front •very thoughtful -saved me from the nightmare of trying to get rides for who knows when and for who knows how long -also, offered me a loaner vehicle --I had switched to full coverage insurance so it was free! The team at M&M did a great job fixing our car after we hit a deer. They were on time and worked with the insurance company get damage covered that wasn't visible until disassembly. They even went above and beyond and repaired some unrelated parking sensors on the rear of the car. I've used them multiple times over the past 15 years and they continue to be a great body shop to work with.

I had a great experience at this place. I had some damage to my door & a busted tail light, and I stopped by their shop right before they closed to see if they could look at it. They assessed everything and gave me a really great price and worked out a time for me to get it taken care of quickly. Then when they worked on the car, they even called and said the price would be a little lower than expected! They did a fantastic job & even waited until a bit after they closed for me to pickup the car since I was running late. The car was perfect when I picked it up and I couldn't be happier. Extremely nice people here who do great work. This place is a hidden gem! I highly recommend going here!

I brought my car in here after would-be thieves ripped the handle off of my car while trying to steal it. M&? was able to get the part in and schedule me to do the work the day after they looked at it and gave me an estimate. The work cost less than I anticipated and they fixed a little dent around the handle they hadn't noticed while doing their initial look for no extra charge. The car looks like the run in with the thieves never occurred. Very happy with their quick turn around and the quality of their work.
