Nothing but good things to say. Communication via text is very helpful considering I work 10 hour days and it's hard to step away from the floor. I can't believe how quickly the work got done. and also very reasonably priced. Great customer service as well. My car is old and has issues but Nate was able to give me an idea of what needed to be done sooner and what could maybe wait. I will come back here to have more work done and I'll recommend this place to anyone who needs a mechanic.

Highly recommend N.R.G Auto, Nate is honest mechanic who was able to quickly fit me into this schedule to do a initial diagnosis for a oil leak on my Saab 9-5. He confirmed that it was nothing major and explained everything he saw and did not charge me for a diagnosis. Will definitely go back for any future car repairs.

I've been coming here to NRG for a couple/few years now, and I will not go anywhere else. I can say confidently that Nate is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I've ever had service my vehicle. There's been a handful of times I've stopped randomly with questions/concerns and I would leave the shop with a better understanding of my car's issues. Not only is Nate honest and he produces good quality work, but he's affordable too. If I could give 10 stars I would, and for all the other reviews on here that praise him, believe them! The only issue is is that there isn't enough Nate's in the mechanic industry. 💯

I was in desperate need of a second opinion on the condition of my timing belt ahead of a long road trip and Nate came in clutch! Every other auto repair shop was either booking weeks ahead or they weren't willing to work on my imported Japanese vehicle. This wasn't a problem for Nate who not only accommodated me during a busy time but also did exactly what I needed and free of charge since it was a quick and easy task! Hands down. 5 stars! My ac went out in my “seasoned” Toyota Sienna in the blistering heat wave we just had. A reputable Middleton auto shop mechanic wanted $2700 to replace the compressor and wouldn’t do a recharge. I took it to Nate from a recommendation I had and within 20 minutes he did an ac recharge for a nominal fee. I can’t thank him enough! I will definitely be returning!! I appreciate that he seems to always be available and doesn’t over schedule himself as other shops seem to do!
