Been awhile since I've given five stars to a mechanic. I got beautiful new tires here that got me through a flood this week. Balanced, and the ride is so smooth now! Did an oil change too, and the price was incredible. Only fixed what was necessary. Turned around in 1 day! Thank you James! First time going to Westside today, and it definitely will not be the last. The employees were a pleasure to work with. I had called in for a pretty simple repair which I diagnosed ahead of time. They were able to use that information to get the part in quickly and the whole repair took only about an hour. And the price was very reasonable, lower than I expected it to be based on shopping for parts and the expected time of servicing. Highly recommend.

Great service. I recently had my car evaluated at Westside Service Center. They did a thorough evaluation and gave me advice about what maintenance to do and what to look for so I would know when to schedule the larger repair. The cost of the evaluation was a great value for the time they took with me and my car. Highly recommend.

I got in for an appointment for my daughter's car. I had a tight time frame and they worked me in. Quality, timely work at a reasonable price. An added bonus is the shop dog, I believe his name is "Frito". Very friendly, we played briefly with a frisbee and then the owner showed some remarkable tricks he can do. Have service here if you want to see them!

Westside Service Center is THE BEST. They do amazing work, and are the most trust-worthy mechanics I've ever been to. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade, and they have NEVER steered me wrong. I can't recommend them highly enough. Their prices are super reasonable. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Their work is top notch. 110% recommend.

Had issues with my vehicle stalling, and knew it was time to take it in to be seen after leaving it alone for far too long. Called this shop up, and had an appointment in less than a week. I went with them after asking around, and reading reviews. With how much words of praise this place has, I figured it would be a good option. Within the day of the appointment they had my vehicle looked at, and figured out what the potential issues were. They said it would be best to try one thing first to see if it fixes things, and if it doesn't try others later. I appreciate this approach instead of fixing them all at once since it would be a a waste of money in that regard. Staff was friendly, and prices were fair for what I would expect. Happy to support a local business, and will be choosing this place for my maintenance needs for the foreseeable future.

I have used Westside Service Center several times and have been very happy with them. They have generally got me in last minute when I've needed something quick too. For instance, I needed my driver's side head lamp replaced. I called and they asked me to stop in in the morning. They got me in and out of there within 20 minutes. It was a reasonable cost too.

I decided to come here randomly and I’m glad I did! Another shop told me I had a couple months of break life left so after a month I came here just wanting to get it over with. Westside let me know that wasn’t true at all and I have plenty of life in them, so I can only assume the other shop must’ve been trying to take advantage of me. Before all of that, they let me drop the car off to work on it in their free time so I really appreciate that they were able to accommodate me in that way! I think these people are plenty trustworthy and will plan on coming back for further repairs. And they have a cute shop dog!

I went to Westside Service Center this morning to have my tires checked, and they had everything done in about half an hour. The whole process was incredibly smooth and efficient—no unnecessary delays. Their service was fast and the pricing was very reasonable, definitely more affordable than most repair shops in Madison. I highly recommend this place and will be telling my friends about it. A 4.9-star rating on Google is well deserved!

Charged for a "hit curb report" I did not ask for, said they could recalibrate the sensor on my car when we called but then when working on the car let us know they actually can't do that recalibration and we need to go to a dealer. We would have gone direct to the dealer if we had known and I think they knew that. Have had good experiences in the past though.

Until I came to the Westside Service Center I had never visited an autoshop and felt good about it. I took my car in to fix some alignment issues, and they did a great job dealing with it for a fair price. After my visit, I noticed my car was making a squeaking sound. They told me to bring it in, and they checked it out and let me know that it didn't need more work. They could have told me it was an expensive issue or something, but they were honest and I intend to go here for as long as a I live in Madison for my auto care needs.

Brought my car in for an issue that they ended up not being able to fix because it was a body work job, but they still did a small temporary fix and sent me on my way free of charge. Have also had minor repairs done and they always do a great job. Really appreciate their honesty, integrity, quality work, and fair pricing (even when it's not free haha)!
