Fuel pump was replaced here with help from shop across the street. Upon trying to put gas in, I couldn't fill it without "stop, go, stop, go." I called shop who said there's no way they did anything wrong, giving me the run around and talking VERY rudely to me. I ended up calling the shop across the street to ask them about it. They had told me that CarZone had gotten the wrong fuel pump THREE different times, and that he thought maybe the fuel pump was wrong still. CarZone continued to talk poorly, and offered to buy my vehicle back from me instead of offering to fix what they did. I ended up taking the truck to a different mechanic who dropped the tank and found that when CarZone put the tank back up, they pinched a hose. I called CarZone with this information askinf if they would help with the bill. The guy said well how much was it, once i told him, his story completely changed and he said they didn't work on my truck, that my truck was at the shop across the street when it was worked on. Bottom line, do not go here. They are rude, and will not take blame for their faults. They will talk poorly to you and they have zero morals.

I went for tires and found out I had the wrong size on and a bad rim to top it off. This man went above and beyond and found my tires and rim at a very pocket friendly price. Had front and rear bumper guard install. Had to go a second time because they didn't know how to install it. The parts company walk them through it. Both time charge me 250 because they like to tell u it was a hard install. Go somewhere else!
