this shop is the best. Been going here for 4 years. My car needed a new starter. They recommended Liberty Towing, also a great company. Capitol Tire got my car at around noon on a Friday and had the job done by 3:30! There are no hidden costs because they keep you in the loop the whole way. Really good guys.

Capitol Tire and Auto Repair, and Derek specifically, provided the best service of anyone I've ever worked with in the Auto Repair industry. After a less-than-positive experience at a chain repair shop, we brought my vehicle in for a second opinion. Within a week (including a holiday, no less), Derek was able to do a full inspection of my vehicle, provide a list of services, identified what was most necessary now and when we should get things done in the future. Pricing was very fair and turnaround after inspection, despite having to order parts, was less than a day. Cannot recommend more.

The staff is beyond helpful and very responsive. I love that when you call, an actual human answers. They had loaner vehicles available and made sure they were ready for us. Our intake manifold was fixed by 8:30 am the day after we dropped our vehicle off and our cat was replaced by the end of the day. Same-day, friends and helpful service. Competitive pricing. When my tire got punctured, Capitol Tire got me an appointment the very next morning, found a great new set of tires for me (with a rebate, to boot), and had them on before close that day. They also provided me with transportation to my home while I waited for service to be complete. Wonderful experience, wonderful service. I will use them as a service provider again (though I hope I don't have to for a while!).
