★☆☆☆☆ West Washington Avenue location in Madison, WI, is severely understaffed -- only one employee working at the location on the first day of the month (June 2024) that fell on a weekend (Saturday). In the future, I will try to avoid renting a trailer or truck from this location.

★★★★☆ I want to give a shoutout to Paul T! He was the only one working and it was pretty busy at the campus / downtown location. Something got messed up with our mobile pickup and we had to go inside and wait in line. He single-handedly was running the store and figuring things out. When we got our truck it was a smooth pick-up / check-in process. Unfortunately the door handle on our truck was broken so we went back inside and Paul T, even though he was really busy, figured out a game plan for us. He helped someone else, and then someone returned a different truck that someone had dropped off and he made sure to inspect it and quickly turn it over so we could use it. Kept us as on schedule as much as possible and was very helpful and great at problem solving! I know how it feels to be short staffed and overwhelmed with customers and then there are issues, but he was so great at helping sort it out.
