✨‼️Maria (mgr) and Chrystiaan (tech) to the rescue‼️ ✨ you all took great care of my daughter’s car for three years, and I drove in town and you helped me! thank you both and the whole team so much.

I initially was pricing a flat repair, went to a competitor and was given an outrageous amount for a simple flat repair. I decided to get another quote, after being kindly greeted by Sales Teammate Jacob Martinson soon the day quickly changed. He gave me a much more reasonable quote, and the possibility of two different price ranges for the repair. Needless to say Jacob was a man of his word, and I left a satisfied customer. I definitely would recommend this place of business for your car care needs.

Any positive part of this rating is solely for the tech - Ethan, who was friendly and helpful. The rest, however, is straight 0's... I arrived at 2 PM for my scheduled appointment, but the cust svc rep said they couldn’t take me because I hadn’t confirmed by email. I explained the phone scheduler told me it was confirmed. He pointed to my name on the screen and said, “Yeah, but see… you didn’t confirm it.” I hadn't even been there for 2 minutes and was already ticked off. I told him the issue was on Firestone’s end and asked him to honor the appointment. He reluctantly got Ethan - the very helpful and friendly tech who agreed to do the service. I was told it would take 45–60 minutes to balance 4 tires and check the tire press sensors —it took over 2 hours. While waiting, the first rep admitted this scheduling issue happens 20–30 times a day due to a system flaw. So, he started by blaming me - the customer - despite knowing this was a flaw in their system all along. Ethan was great, but I won't be returning to this location.

Stopped in Saturday for emergency help since car was overheating. Manager was very helpful and got us on the road and we were able to make it back home. Many thanks!

Thank you Jaime for taking care of me on a busy Sunday. Service rep was happy, helpful, and easy to talk with. Glad Firestone could help in a pinch and at a good price.

I just had an extremely positive experience with this location. Drove in from out of town and the skid plate fell off on my car. After not getting any luck calling 6 places, these folks fit me in on a busy Saturday and took care of me within an hour. Huge shout-out to the mechanic Chris Reaves and Jaimie at the front desk. You guys have been a big help, and I hope Firestone corporate appreciates how you put customers first and this is exactly what exemplary service is

It took them 5 1/2 hours to fix a slow leak under warranty, while I waited. I had made an appointment days ahead. They seemed to keep forgetting I was there. They said the tire was defective (they had one in stock). It had only been driven 4 months. Charged me $50, seems like it should've been free.

My wife took her car at 9am for an oil change and filter replacement. She was told that they were finishing up another vehicle and would get to hers next. We didn't hear anything and called at 3 to get an update. We were told the car needed a new cabin filter. We didn't finally get the car back until after 5 with a big mess on the floor of the passenger's side, as shown in the picture. It seems the mechanic couldn't figure out where to access the filter. He tried going in through the glove compartment and moved all the contents to the passenger seat, but did not put them back in the glove compartment. Very unprofessional and incompetent staff.

This place is a complete joke! Wouldn't install my tires and sensors because I didn't buy through them. All I needed was for them to mounted and balanced. No warranty needed, but no because I didn't buy through them. Don't bother with place!!! Very poor customer service!!!

Overall, I had a good experience. There was some confusion initially regarding a rebate that I had to get on my firestone credit card, but the customer service fixed it promptly.

Had a 9am appointment for 4 tires and wheel alignment. The key word is APPOINTMENT. Car didn't get pulled in until around 9:50 😒. What is the point of an appointment if you're not going to stick to the appointment. 2 people came in after me left before me I dont know what they got done but I should not have had to wait almost an hour to even start my service.

Go to West Town Monona Tire! Firestone has terrible service! I scheduled two appointments, and both times I arrived, they said no technician was available 🤣 Like why would you agree to an appointment if you can't commit? Truly embarrassing. It's business 101, not rocket science 🤣

If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT take your car here. We called and scheduled an appointment to get new tires on my car last Friday and were told they were booked out till Monday. Totally fine, whatever. We bring it in at the scheduled time and are told they are running behind and that the wait maybe be more like two or three hours instead of one. Again, also fine. I understand being understaffed and over worked. 3 hours later they call and ask if we want a belt replaced also, we confirm and it takes them another two hours to put in the belt and oil change. We go to pick up my car and everything seems fine. I drive it home and don’t drive it until Wednesday at which point I notice it’s severely pulling to the left and making lots of noise in the wheel well. Long story short, not A SINGLE TIRE was properly installed and are ALL falling off the rim. Am now having to get it towed so they hopefully fix their mistake. It’s just ridiculous to me that this mistake literally could’ve costed me my life if I weren’t such an alert driver. It’s one thing to be understaffed and overworked but it’s a completely different thing to not fully complete jobs or complete them with incompetence and send a death trap out on the road. If you’re over booked, let me know and schedule a different time or push it off until you have time to do the job properly. Depending on how the repair goes, we may end up taking legal action. Ive not only gotten better costumer service but better overall product and service from Walmart 👎🏻 Save yourself the energy and money and take your car somewhere else. Will never be going to a Firestone again after this is resolved. Pictures included are of all 4 tires.

I had my car there to get aligned and after a day there the steering wheel was not centered so I called to let them know and they told me I can drop off the car and they will try to get to it but it might be a few days. Clearly a mistake on their end but as a customer I have to deal with the consequences of poor service. I would not recommend going there at all!

Was letting a military friend use my Firestone card and they were having issues with the zip code and the Firestone sales rep Eric said we needed to call CFNA to figure it out. I told him they should call and he said no that they are not allowed to do that anymore. So then I had to get on the phone with CFNA and they said the Firestone store rep needs to call them from the store phone. I even had to get the CFNA rep to tell Eric this. Eric still pushed back saying new security measures don’t allow them to do this. I’m the account card holder this shouldn’t be an issue. Even the CFNA rep was confused. I will say I appreciate Tim for doing a better price on the service performed. Also, they lost a bolt for the door panel of the vehicle and didn’t put the door panel back on. C’mon on guys.

Absolutely, horrible service. Not only was their damage done to my rims, but also had to pay out-of-pocket for a tow, new rims, and additional maintenance after having BASIC maintenance done at Firestone . The service technician at this location, who did my brakes, did not properly secure caliber bolts on all four of the brake pad covers. This led to my vehicle breaking down in the middle of a busy intersection, almost causing multiple accidents. Firestone also refused to give me a full refund despite how much I had to pay- all because of the damage their work had caused. I am a college student in Madison so my options to do my brakes myself was not an option. I was willing to pay for my breaks to be done - extremely overpriced. But bringing my vehicle to this Firestone has caused nothing but more issues.

I don't write many reviews but I feel compelled to help protect fellow motorists from the monumental incompetence at this location. From destroying my valve stems and gluing it in place hoping I don't notice till days later, to destroying my tire pressure sensor and just leaving it to roll around inside my tire. No screw was even inside the tire which means it was just dropped inside without care to the best part of it all; Madison Firestone absolutely destroyed 2x brand new $1330 wheels on their machine then tried to blame the customer before finally admitting they destroyed them due to bad machine maintenance. As all this insanity was going on the store manager Maria was rude and completely not apologetic at all. No big deal I will just try to find some used off brand wheels to fix it..... no no no. The truck is less than a year old with new factory Alcoa wheels. If you care about your vehicle or have a $100k plus truck don't even come to this location if it was the only place for miles. Walking is safer. Fire the techs and the manager and start over.

I waited for my appointment about a week then I dropped off my car at the appointment time. It’s been almost 48 hrs and they never checked my car. It still parking where I parked. I called and stopped at the Firestone several times but they kept repeating “ We only have one technician and he is stuck working on other car” too bad to see Firestone service is getting worst. I have been their customer almost 15 years but not anymore.

The strut they got for me was “defective” and then I had to come again to replace it. I still had to come again a second time because they torqued my suspension wrong. Makes me think that first part was not actually faulty and they either ordered the wrong one, or installed it wrong. In the end my car’s suspension is still not perfect (despite the premium price they charged me and 3 visits), but honestly I’ll just fix it somewhere else when I do other maintenance. Also there seems to be no consistency for appointments. I drop my car off for an appointment twice and they say they will look at it in a few hours. So why would I come on time the third time? I come 30 minutes late and the third time they say I missed my appointment and made me come a whole 3 days later. Usually I’d agree it’s my fault, but it seems that they never inspect car right away anyways? You can’t have your cake and eat it too. Either honor appointments, or have them be loose. You can’t choose to be strict when it benefits you, and then be loose when you feel like having people wait 4 hours for an inspection.
