Cheap, pain-free, and fast. I rolled up around 7:20 p.m. with a flat tire. The guy sees me pull in, and before I even say anything, he runs up, checks out my tire to see what kind it is, tells me they have replacements available, and about 10 minutes later I am on my way.

Ayala's Auto Repair always goes above and beyond every time I need to get my car fixed. Even though I have a newer vehicle, I've had older vehicles and they have always handled my older vehicles like they were theirs. Not only are their prices more than reasonable they're time efficient as well. This auto repair is by far the best and affordable in all of Madison, Wisconsin. Fair and honest and reliable, and Saturday and evening hours really helpful to me. I appreciate that he shows me the problem piece or area when it's feasible. Had my van towed to Ayala's when my alternator took a forever nap and they welcomed the tow truck with open arms. The alternator was replaced later that day, 2+ years later it's still charging strong. Excellent quality workmanship at a fair price, highly recommend.

I called this business last night to ask a simple question about replacing the front wheel bearings/ knuckles on a 2012 Ford escape fwd. The person didn't identify himself as "Ayala's" and didn't give a name. When I asked for a ballpark quote to do the job with the new parts I already have he said he needed my VIN number or license plate number??? In my entire 70 yrs on earth NOBODY in the auto repair business has ever asked me for information like that! Exactly WHY do you want my VIN number I asked, he says I need it for the "computer" so I can give you a quote? EXTREMELY SHADY. There's absolutely ZERO reasons why some random auto mechanic would need something like that. Criminal behavior is the ONLY reason why some stranger would ask for a VIN number which of course I didn't give this anonymous person answering. What exactly are you doing? Stay away from this place!!!!
