They got to the root of the problem. They diagnosed i had engine trouble & needed a replacement. One warranty wanted them to break it down & the other warranty which is endurance, after sending me there as one of endurance approved shops they didn't want to pay for the shop to replace the engine. In stead endurance wanted me to tow it to a Hyundai dealership. I was stuck with a hefty diagnostic fee of $300. It was not the shops fault, it was my warranty company fault. Warranties are not all what they Crack up to be. All in all the shop did its job. Thanks anyway.

Had a radiator leak on I-95 on the way to work and Autobahn was able to get the car in the shop and fixed in 24 hrs. They also inspected car and let me know of other pending issues. Quality work and affordable. Will definitely be back for the additional repairs. Really like the web tracker to monitor status and receive inspection results.

Worst customer service. I called to ask how much they charge to diagnose an issue with my BMW, and the person who answered was extremely rude. He said they couldn’t give me a price because it’s hourly-based, then told me they charge $250 per hour. Right after that, he asked if I wanted an appointment or not and hung up on me. If this is how they treat a first-time caller, I can’t imagine how they treat actual customers.

I had some work done on my 2020 Ford Explorer. I wanted change my spark plugs & coils & surpinten belt because I had reached 100k miles. I also had that pesky exhaust leak on the flex pipe that all Explorer owners know about. They do great work and did a follow up phone call to see if I was satisfied.

I've been going to this shop for a number of years now and they are great. I started coming back when they were in Newark, when my Audi Q7 fell out of warranty and the dealership kept wanting to upsell me on things. I don't worry about that at Autobahn. The new shop is much nicer than the old space. Honest diagnosis, quality work, and a fair price. You can't ask for more than that. 160K miles and going strong. Jesus and team do great work.

The mechanic does the rotation did not re calibrate the tpms on the MMI please take note that the tire preassure infront and rear tire is different . Once the tire is rotated deflate the front and reinflate the rear then re calibrate in mmi the tpms. Anyway lucky I know how to do it. Not a big deal for me . Tire rotation is my first test to your shop. 2nd your mechanic did not resolve the warning light in my dashboard that says left rear light faulty. Many Thanks
