Had Paul and Mia work on two cars for me, and they were and absolute pleasure to work with. Paul brings 32 years of detailing experience and it shows in his work. He's great at evaluating needs without trying to up-sell you. Once he had the base wash and clay done he walked through every imperfection with me and laid out options and gave me opinions on what was and wasn't worth addressing.

Had my X front wrapped and ceramic coated. The price is reasonable for being Bay Area. Now the meh quality Tesla paint will at least be easy to clean! Work was quick and everything done promptly. Definitely recommend if you want any ppf or coating done for your ride.

Pablo and Mario helped get my Toyota wrapped before a road trip. They were professional, courteous, and the job done was exceptional. Be extremely cautious with this shop owner— little person size 4 shoe feeling ironman 🤣classic BAIT AND SWITCH tactics at play. When trying to do business with this little person, where he promised to call me to discuss payment options — A primary focus of any interview. He never called, yet expected me to show up for business without any discussion of compensation. When I didn’t show up, he messaged me, feigning confusion. I reminded him that he failed to discuss payment as promised. Ten days later, he attempted to lure me back without addressing compensation again. After being ignored multiple times, I refused to do any business without knowing if it met my needs.

Almost three times the price of most shops in the Bay, plus the rude attitude from a little guy who I think was the business owner. I went with Lux Tint who is also a XPEL dealer in Livermore and paid almost $3k less for the same full PPF service. My vehicle looks flawless.

Did a full wrap about 2 years ago after they moved here from their old location near Costco. About 1 year in most panels started peeling. Just recently I heard a “thunk” in one of the doors, took the vehicle to Polestar service and they informed me the service release mechanism for all doors handles except the driver’s door (which is a deadbolt, so different release) were all damage by some tool brute forcing the release.
