AutoDreams is a DREAM to work with. My husband and I were in the market for a used SUV and stumbled across one at AutoDreams. When we arrived to test drive, Josh quickly got to work impressing us. We left for about 10 minutes on a drive. When we returned, Josh greeted us out front and gave us a quote for my trade. When we informed him that we had another vehicle we wanted to look at somewhere else, he simply said, "Let me know what I can do to earn your business." We returned the next day to purchase. Not once was Josh ever pushing us to make a purchase. He offered the warranty's to us, but did not pressure us to purchase one. He took care of getting the proper paperwork sent to our bank, placed all important documents into an envelope for me and made sure to check off the items he provided for me to get the vehicle registered, along with pointing out what I would need to get done for that to happen. He transferred the license plates to my new car and upon discovering the front didn't have a mounting bracket, told me where to get one and offered to put it on for me once I got it. I was very skeptical of buying used for the first time, probably because I watched "Matilda" too many times as a kid. I hands down will purchase every vehicle from Josh from here on out. More salesmen should take notes from Josh on how it should be done. He genuinely treated me better than the way he would want to be treated. :)

If I could give more than five stars, I would do so! This was the best car and easiest car buying experience to date! Josh jumped through hoops just to make sure we found the exact car we were looking for (and we are pretty picky). I had a good experience buying a car from Josh. He was very patient while I looked at two of his cars. He stepped away and let me have as much time as I needed. He was very transparent about how he bought cars and about what he had done to the car. The car was also listed at a very good price compared to other "big box" dealers. I noticed that a couple of minor things were missing from the car and without even asking, Josh offered to get them for me. He even met me on a Sunday to give them to me on our way out of town. Josh was very helpful during the purchasing process and let me know about all the things I needed to do. The car was a repo and he went out of his way to make sure everything was good to go. Overall I'm very happy with the process. I've already recommended Josh to a co-worker and would recommend him to anyone else that needs to buy a nice used car with no pressure to buy.

Waited half a year since I bought my used SUV from here to review. No problems have come up and the price I got was very fair in a time where many places have thrown fair pricing out the window (due to the current chip shortage). I recently purchased a vehicle from Josh, and from start to finish this has been the easiest and most stress free experience I've had. Buying a car can be pretty stressful and just an overall difficult process. I always thought going through a bigger brand name dealership would offer more security and have more buying options, however I'm glad I took a chance and met Josh. The process was straight forward with no unnecessary haggling, or sales tactics to pressure you into a sale. Just do your own research but from what I saw, prices are fair, the vehicles are in pristine condition, and he just lays it all out in a simple way. On a separate note, he went out of the way to help make the sale more feasible for me considering I had certain conditions that needed to be met which was greatly appreciated. If he has a car you want, come out and do yourself a favor and take a look.

I feel like I rated AutoDreams the last time we bought a car from Josh in 2019, but Google asked for my opinion, so here I am rating them again after the second car we've bought from him! The place is super nice and clean, and a comfortable environment. Josh is easy to talk to and makes the whole transaction quick and painless. I love that he also has a full service garage for any maintenance/repairs we need. It's tough to find a shop you can trust, but so far so good here! Josh, and especially Austin, we're great. Both made me feel like they genuinely were looking out for their customers first. Austin was very up front and honest with me about my vehicle and a few sizable concerns he had aside from the reason I brought my vehicle in. They could have taken my money and fixed what I brought it in for and gone one with their day, but instead gave me an honest opinion on whether they felt it was worth it given additional work that would need to be done to keep it going for another year plus (it was 11 years old and north of 150k miles). Basically, would likely be better to get rid of and into a more reliable vehicle if financially possible. In the end, Austin spoke with me for over an hour over the course of a couple days, and only a small diagnostic fee in the end in this case. Will absolutely be coming here for as long as my family and I live in Lee's Summit.
