Called ahead said no appointments it’s all first come first served. Waiting in my lane and took over 1 hour and 45 min to get serviced. Only 2 cars in front of me. The Other 2 bays had 6 cars go through before i got to go. I Asked to move lanes wouldn’t let me. Awful service and will never return to this location. First come first serve is not true as 12 cars behind me got to go before me. 0 star review. make an appointment and go somewhere else. Anywhere else would be better. Aside from that: The employees did a good job with service. And we’re very polite. Just had bad luck with the lane.

Some of the nicest and kindest people work here. My wife's car broke down in the bay and they were patient and kind with her while she waited for me to come. Unfortunately I had an awful experience at this location yesterday. I think my biggest frustration is with management, who seems to be neglecting the concerns of other employees. Here is why: the staff were arguing, yelling at one another, and dropping f-bombs while we all could hear. I understand being frustrated if you feel like your coworkers aren't upholding their responsibilities, but that should be addressed in private and in a professional manner. I feel like my vehicle service was rushed, and I also don't trust that you are able to successfully work on a vehicle if you are that worked up. Many different people kept coming over to ask me the same questions because they weren't communicating with one another, which makes me nervous because you are working on a vehicle and safety should be prioritized. After my service, I noticed in the comments that there wasn't any oil touching my dipstick, but nobody told me this. I recently hit debris on the highway and would have liked to have had the opportunity to ask if there may have been damage, but due to the agitation, I don't know that I can trust anyone would have shared this with me. Lastly, my tires were not aired up, and I tried to get someone's attention, but they walked off, so I just gave up. I hope management addresses the employees who are causing others to feel frustrated so you can boost your employee morale.

This place is the place to go for an oil change. The staff always greets me quickly, the service is quick and efficient. It appeared they may have been doing some training with other workers as well and this did not interfere with expediting the service. I always feel the synthetic oil is very pricey is my only concern. I guess the one that concerns me is it seems there’s a whole different crew working every time I come by. Otherwise they did a good job! It was quick, professional and I could stay in my car. My only comment is that when they get near a customer the person should wear a mask. I don’t recommend this place at all. There is only one working 4 standing around 5 vehicles waiting. The accident did happen but when you told me you were gonna clean the oil off my engine it was still all over the top and bottom look at the pictures. I do not recommend this place at all. I should make you pay for a detail. Very unhappy. And these pictures or after they said they clean everything. Bad JOB 8/14/23 9:00 The owner should review the cameras. beware Beware

Had an AMAZING experience here. I had scheduled with firestone for today because I was trying to find a place besides Big O Tires since they were a little pricey, but they cancelled my appointment so i ended up at Valvoline. Everyone was super nice and more than happy to explain everything that was showing up and answer any questions I had even though I had a million of them haha. I didn't get talked down to at all. Caleb even very happily showed me how to reinstall my cabin filters after I decline purchasing them but wanted to know if I could save some money if I just bought them elsewhere and did it myself. Shout out to Thomas, he spent extra time troubleshooting my battery problems and breaking down every service I might need now or in the future! Cannot reccommend this place enough, there was not an angry worker in sight, the vibe of the shop was better than I have ever witnessed.

Went in for an oil change 4:45pm on a Sunday afternoon. They closed at 5:30 and still took me in for a routine oil change. They were very nice, and accommodating, explaining the process and walking me through the steps. I felt very respected and confident in the in what I was getting. They really helped out in a tight spot and I am very appreciative. Especially after tech opened my glove compartment to check the cabin filter and was attacked by all the stuff I had shoved in there over time. Bottom line is, I am very grateful for their time and help getting my car back together. Will come back next time!

I had the privilege of working with Jd and Tessa today. Jd was very professional and respectful. He explained everything they were going to do and don’t push any unnecessary services. Tessa was very respectful with my vehicle which you cannot say about all technicians. Tessa hadn’t worked with my specific vehicle before and made sure to ask questions and not just experiment which I really appreciate because you will not always get that. Tessa also got some oil on my frame when changing my filter and took time to tell me she had done it and cleaned it up very nicely. Jd also let me know about the oil on the frame and said to come by again if I noticed any that they hadn’t cleaned. These two are exceptional at their jobs and this location will now be my Go-to for all three of my vehicles in the future. JD and Tessa should be recognized and made sure that they know that they are exceptional at their jobs and should be in charge of training more employees.
