The service I had here was epic. I took my car there after hours because tail lights and dash light weren't working (a mystery problem that had been plaguing my car since I bought it) 249 bucks later, it's done. I took it across 291 to the dealership last time the problem happened and I spent almost 900 bucks across two visits for them to not find the source of the problem. The mechanic here is a miracle worker! He just earned all my future business. 14/10 will buy the service here again.

I’ve been coming to Value Auto clinic for years. They are very trustworthy, knowledgeable and always timely. I’ve read a few of the negative comments about the customer service here, If you’re looking for touchy feely, cheesy service, go somewhere else. What you will get here is honest no nonsense work, a call before they begin to tell you what they found and how much it will cost. They won’t try to sell you on additional work that’s not needed.

Harry is the best human on this planet! He is the only mechanic I've taken my car to that I know will not charge me an arm and a leg for services and won't tell me I need things that I don't. If you take your car here, you will not be disappointed.

The guy with white/Gray hair is not very friendly. He inspected my car and failed me. I took it down the street and they passed me and said he was just being picky. I will never return here again and I would recommend that you don’t either.

Our family has been coming to Value Auto for well over 10 years. If you're a soft cry baby, then you might not like Harry's no-nonsense communication style. But that's one of the things I appreciate most about this shop, and wish more were that way. Value Auto has always done excellent work, never left us waiting for days, and never tried to fleece us.

Its very rare these days to find someone or some business in this case with the skills and integrity that this business has. If I could give 10 stars I would. Hands down the best auto repair shop in the Lee's summit area. Not only were the prices very reasonable they were upfront about what I did not need. Meaning the last place I went said I needed this and that but when I went and received a second opinion by this shop they actually took the time and showed me why I truly did not need this repair at the current time and explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand it. Hands down 5 stars and highly recommended!

Those guys have helped me right before the recent snow storm! I got my a misfire in one of my cylinders, and they took care of it 20 minutes! However, I had a reader, spare ignition coils and spark plugs in my car (because that situation happened to me before), so it was a quick fix on their end. But again, all car shops were booked out before snow storm, and those were the only guys who helped me, despite being busy.

With 4 kids driving junker cars, it was really nice having an honest mechanic who actually told me when it wasn't worth fixing things on them.
