Just wanted a nose panel painted to match my Nissan. Informed color of car. Talked to painter. Offered to bring in another part so could actually have the paint color. Color is from a 2005 Nissan. No problems expressed. Waited a week. No phone, no scheduling. Called 1st time, no problems expressed. No scheduling, called 2nd time. I assume manager got on phone, informed the painter did not feel comfortable matching the paint??!?? While there painter expressed to me, he mixes and would match. I offered a part with paint to match. They just did not want to do it, painter not comfortable matching a Nissan paint from 2005.???.....! Whatever..!??

I went to Caliber Collision on Market Street for an estimate on repairing my headlights. I spoke with the office administrator, Carla Slagle and she spoke with the General Manager Ryan Johnston about my problem. He and a tech responded right away and were able to fix my headlight problem. Even gave recommendations on how to avoid future problems with the issue. I was very satisfied. Their customer service was excellent. It was a refreshing experience after having a terrible one at the vehicle dealership that couldn't fix the problem with their own make of pickup truck!

Horrible place. I believe they work with insurance adjusters just to rig up estimates so they can total the car. Had over 8k worth of items that where not broken when i dropped it off. A total scam of a place. but at the end of the day as my adjuster said they made money and the insurance makes money so win win for everyone but the customer. Do not bring your cars here go anywhere else but here.

The over all experience was GREAT. This place was fantastic in fixing my front bumper and right side of my car. Brad even managed to fix a couple of other very minor things that didn’t bother me but I love that they’re fixed now. Brad was very upfront with me about the work which I appreciated since I had no idea what to expect. But he did it in such a way that it wasn’t overwhelming and didn’t feel like he was trying to do more than what was needed. The whole staff at the location is friendly and lovely. I would absolutely recommend this Caliber to anyone who needs it. I hope I don’t ever have to get body work done again but if I do, they will be my first stop!

Place is a Joke. I think the reason you bring a car to a body shop is to get an estimate. Folks said they would have it all taken care of. Apparently it’s like the twilight zone since they don’t seem to remember telling you they were doing the estimate that day or maybe at their earliest convenience

The paint work was awesome, but they did not properly adjust the window so now there is a huge gap that leaks & makes a massive noise while driving. They want me to rent a car & leave it with them long term for a 15 minute fix. I will not rent a car out of my own pocket for their error.

Terrible experience. Every step of the way was another excuse and delay. I'm shocked that this was a recommended repair shop from my insurance. The repair estimate went up $4000 while they had the vehicle - which was almost double (6k to 10k). This was a passenger front damage repair. FIFTY ONE DAYS they had my vehicle. Nothing was done for more than 2 weeks. Then the mechanic worked on suspension. They did not even take the vehicle apart until after that was complete which miraculously they found more things (clips, seriously) broken. More time. A grill which there was "one of in the US". More time. Couldn't calibrate...more time! All the while I'm in a rental. Waiting for their delays. Guess who got to pay out of pocket for their continued delays? Not them. But me of course. What a joke. -100/10. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
