I purchased a XT5 Cadillac SUV from Luther Mazda. I finished with the finance mgr and went back to Noah the sales man desk. I was ready to get the key to the car. Noah stepped away and came back. He showed me the sheet of paper that said the 5 day agreement to bring the car back and told me that they no longer allowed that. He said their policy had changed and they were no longer do that. So I knew their web site still showed that to be their policy. Noa said it was a recent change at their location. So after we discussed it I went on and purchased the car. Thinking they had a right to change there policy. I wasn't satisfied with the car. It just wasn't a good fit for me. But they said I had signed the agreement. The ad was still running and had not been taken off the web site. I ended up canceling my extended warranty because I realized that I had been lied to. When I got my call to pick up my title the ad was still running. So they toally used deceptive and bias saying practices to sa l e me that car. It took them a month to process the cancelation of the warranty while I was waiting to get my money refunded. After various calls to Cameron the sales mgr and more lies and me having to insist on talking to the owner he had them to process the cancelation request. It still took them another month for me to get the money back I to my acct. I had a bad experience. This was the quick version of what I had to go through. Earlier I was getting ready to add my review and reddit mentioned that they used to do unethical practices but after the people talked to the owner he made it right. Well they are still doing unethical practices. I'm having to figure out what my next steps will be. The car is a lot of car for me as a senior.

We had a wonderful car buying experience (x2!) at this dealership. At the end of October, we purchased a used CX-9 that was in great condition. Our salesman, Jesse, contacted us within 10 minutes of submitting our online request for information and we made an appointment to test drive the car. The next day he sent us a video of the car. We test drove and purchased in 2 hours with what we felt was a very good trade in value. Unfortunately, 6 days later a large buck ran in front of us in the dark and heavy fog on the highway and the car was totaled. The front-end damage was significant and the front side doors had damage as well. All front and side impact airbags deployed. The car did what it was designed to do, and my daughter and I walked away with only minor scratches. We had not registered the car yet so Jesse and Luther Mazda sent our paperwork by FedEx so I could register the car. Then when the insurance company didn't want to pay me the price I just paid for the car, Cameron found the window sticker, and I sent the video Jesse had sent me. The insurance company paid us our purchase price. So, we returned to Luther Mazda Lee's Summit and bought a used CX-50, completing the negotiating and paperwork largely from our sofa. We were in/out in about an hour to pick up the car and finalize the sale. Great car buying experience, would not hesitate to use them again!

I had the best experience buying a car from here. The customer service is probably the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from a dealership. My salesman, Hunter was super friendly and knowledgeable, the finance director Mark was great making sure I got the best financing package as well as great prices for warranties, the sales director Aaron even came by the first night I was there to check in on everything. The title clerk made sure I had everything I needed for the DMV and that it was all organized. I really didn’t expect this kind of service while buying a used vehicle but I am so happy that I worked with Luther Mazda in Lees Summit to get my dream car!
