Setting up the appointment, and those who provided the estimates were very nice to work with. When considering my overall experience with Crash Champions, I consider my entire experience, from drop off to 'after' I get home with the repairs. This was the first time for me to use Crash Champions, and I would consider using them again, but a couple things I was a bit uneasy with are listed below: 1.) When leaving, I went to turn on the radio and turn down the heat, and recognized I couldn't use any of those functions, as a code was being asked to enter. I turned around and came back, and the gentleman did assist me, but was blaming it on the battery maybe dying while it was in service. I know that was not the case, and believe that maybe it was disconnected during the repair of replacing the entire door. It would be nice for things to be put back in working mode before the customer comes to pick their car back up. 2.) My vehicle was in there for two different accidents. One claim was through State Farm, in which I know Crash Champion works directly with (very convenient), but the other claim was through Sedgwick, in which Crash Champions does not work with. I had called early on when my car was in the shop trying to decide if the claims should be handled separately, because Sedgwick had sent me a check for the 'estimated' amount, and I was concerned there might be some hold up should the cost to repair be more than the check cut. The gentleman I spoke with at Crash Champions told me to just bring the check with me at time of pick up. What is bothering to me is that miraculously, the total bill to repair was the exact amount of the estimate, to the penny! I honestly doubt that's the case, and I didn't fight it, but don't understand how that happens and feel a little taken advantage of, as I feel if anyone should benefit from extra money spent by the insurance, it should be the claimant (me), as I was the one affected by the accident. I would still like this explained to me too, because those I tell the story to don't believe it could be spot on either...I've been in multiple accidents and fixed many cars through auto insurance, and the total amount due has NEVER been to the penny of the amount estimated. 3.) I have to bring my car back up because of the door that was replaced is making an awful noise at the hinge. I text the video to the number that would text me with updates, and the response was it just sounds as though it needs tightened. This is frustrating to me, that I have to bring it back up, rather than it having been double checked before me even picking it up. This will now be my second trip back for things that should've been handled prior to the pick up. The paint looks great, and the lady and estimator were very friendly. Again, I would consider having a car repaired here again, but only after I receive some type of feedback on my above concerns. Thank you, Kelly Wright

Repairs appear to have been done well, but getting an accurate status was difficult and likely would have gone without a car for an additional day if I hadn't reached out multiple times to see when the car would be ready. Probably not as big of an issue if you have a rental car, but was challenging given that I was down a car.
