This store sucks. Napa is supposed to have better products but I believe that's a myth. Customer service here is also terrible.

Manager couldn't be bothered to look at my email receipt showing order was to be delivered and part of the bucket promo. Instead, I picked it up 2 days late and with no bucket. See pics. Store manager accused me of clicking the wrong button when the emails prove otherwise. My order was not delivered nor did I receive my bucket. See photos.

Wasn't looking or going to an auto parts store. Oil warning lignt in the car I'm driving comes on. Not a serious problem to a retired auto mechanic unless, there is not a parts store nearby. In my case 'maps' said one was "less than a mile away." Was treated like I'd bought parts there for ever. When all I needed was a few quarts of oil. The counter clerk would have even put the oil in my car if I had asked. Gave me a spout, clean up rag. And acted like I was his best customer of the day. Customer appreciation is still alive in this store this day.

Didn't appreciate the guys sold me the wrong outer ball bearings for my wheels. He didn't look to see that there's a heavy duty for my truck as well as a regular size. He sold me the regular size. So when I got the wheel off and was ready to put the bearings in and pack it with grease it did not fit, too small. I could have bit bullets. Had to put the wheels back on and the old bearings in of course, to return them and get the right size. We do work that I had already done.

I was in on Sunday afternoon- after two visits to other auto parts stores-since they are closer in distance. Neither had what I needed -I guess a not so common vehicle wiper blades. Great news: NAPA’s site said they had them. Better news was the older gentleman that provided the service! He looked up the vehicle, explained they would be in back & asked if I needed any washer fluid. - I told him I would go check the level while he was getting the parts from the back. - Turns out the Wife’s SUV was nearly out of fluid and when I got back into store - All the wipers were ready to go. The gentleman asked if I needed a few other items and then made offered some great “Dad” jokes while finalizing my purchase. I’d suggest coming to NAPA first on your next auto part need. The service and product was superior to experiences at the other parts stores on he same day.

I always receive professional and friendly service here. I like the quality of Napa parts, and the prices are competitive. I love that they give me a 10% Veterans discount and this tells me that they appreciate our service members. I would like to mention that you can sometimes buy OEM parts at a better price than you would get at the dealership parts department.

There was a gentleman with cool red glasses & they had a red tint. It was 30mins to close & I needed a filter for my Chevy 5500. He also took the time to look up a receipt from 2023 for my 2002 Grand Marquis battery. I appreciate the solid mins before you closed!! Thank you!!

They made a hydraulic hose for me that blew apart and sprayed hot oil in my face. UPDATE: I went back to the location and the counterman who made the hose apologized. He took responsibility which is big in my book. The remade hose has been installed and is working correctly.

The guys at the Lee's Summit location go above and beyond for the general public. Unfortunately (for me only) I'm in there way too often with my broke down vehicles. While they never seem to remember me, (a plus for them showing they will go out of their way for anyone any time) they always make sure to help to the best of their abilities. Everyone in there is friendly. Great group of people. NAPA should make a how to video on customer service because it's A+++.

Best auto parts store in Lee's Summit! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quality hard to find parts. Drive right past those other auto part stores and head to NAPA! Update: 8 years and 4 months ago I purchased a NAPA Legend ETX-18L motorcycle battery. It is finally showing signs of weakening. I took it in to the store and Jeff tested the battery on the counter and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. Imagine that, a battery that lasted 8 years. Why would I purchase a battery anywhere else? Without hesitation I walked out with a new battery. Thanks Jeff and thanks NAPA for quality auto parts.

I'm not sure of his name, but he was wearing shorts and a backwards hat. He appeared to focus more on informing his coworkers that he is now in charge rather than assisting customers. Additionally, he was quite dismissive towards me. Never coming back.

Shout out to Daniel (I think?) who was gracious with this time exchanging my wiper blades for a better, easier to install product. I couldn't get my first purchase to work correctly - so he recommended the Bosch products. Even took the time to go out to the parking lot on a very cold day and give me a hand with installation. Very helpful, very appreciated. Thank you for your help.
