This was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a car! Every person that helped me, truly cared about my wellbeing, with a new vehicle versus my old vehicle, my car payment and monthly bills. Trent was very patient and completely agreeable to any car I wanted to drive and look at. They all did everything they could to get me into the right vehicle for me with the lowest monthly payment. I would send everyone I know, to Lee's Summit Subaru to buy a vehicle. James got me the lowest %rate possible, and Chung educated me on equity and Financials. I am truly grateful for the team I had/have on my side at Lee's Summit Subaru. I drove away in a vehicle I have wanted for years. They made this girls dream come true. God was truly shining through. Wonderful buying experience (2023 Crosstrek). Liz Myers was prompt, friendly, and professional throughout the process. She proactively provided information even before we went there, making things smooth and easy. She patiently explained the car features and answered our many questions. Even the warranty + financing discussion felt 'low pressure' compared to our experience in the past with other dealers. Highly recommend Lee's Summit for a Subaru purchase and especially Liz Myers!

10/10 for the folks at this dealership. I absolutely hate getting pressured by salesmen and the guys here were the polar opposite of high pressure. They shared info with me in a way that was respectful and not condescending and left me to make the decisions. In addition to the salesman and the business manager I dealt with, every other employee I interacted with was also super helpful and kind. This dealership is about a 40 minute drive from my house. There’s another Subaru dealership a LOT closer to my home - I will gladly drive the 40 mins to the LS dealership. These are the kind of people I want to do business with. Shout out to Zack Mathis and James Fegan for making my experience better than I could have anticipated.

I was contacted by this dealership and told they were affiliated with CarMax and could save me a trip by doing an appraisal and buying my vehicle outright — even if I did not purchase a car from them. I confirmed multiple times before going in that this was the purpose of my visit. When I arrived, I again clearly stated why I was there. I was told the appraisal would take 10–15 minutes, but that they were busy. While waiting, I was encouraged to look at other vehicles, which I was fine with. However, I ended up waiting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. When it finally came time to complete the appraisal, I was told they did not have time to do appraisals and that they are not affiliated with CarMax. I was told they “didn’t know why the receptionist would have said that.” This was extremely frustrating and felt misleading. I drove there based on specific representations that turned out to be untrue, and I waited a significant amount of time for something I was ultimately told they could not do. If your dealership cannot honor what is communicated over the phone, that should be clarified before someone takes time out of their day to come in. I hope management reviews how information is being communicated to customers so this does not continue to happen to others. Very disappointing experience.

Levi sold us our car and we would definitely buy from him again. He was kind, honest, and made sure we got exactly what we needed. This was a great, low pressure car buying experience! Issac showed us the cars my son had pulled up online. I loved the second car I test drove. Issac did a great job of explaining the features of the car, put our plates on the car after we bought it. The only thing he may want to do in the future is give his business card to clients and prospective clients. The finance gentleman explained our choices, got better financing for this car, than we had on our last. This was truly a comfortable experience with exceptional service!

I took my Subaru Outback in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was very satisfied with the service. My technician was great and he also answered some questions I had regarding my windows and rear wipers. I decided to wait for my car instead of dropping it off. It only took 30 minutes to complete the oil change and tire rotation. There is a very comfortable waiting room. I won't hesitate to take my car back for any needed service or repairs.

I took my car in to be detailed. I picked it up and it looks like a new car inside and out. The "detail" shown in detailing my car was amazing. I had trouble finding the shop. That is the closest I can get to a problem. The lady at the front desk was very nice to then tell my friend who was picking me up how to get there. Better signage would not hurt. I can guarantee you, it is worth finding it. My grandkids had the seats looking horrible. They are clean! So is that outside and inside and windows and everything!

5 Star ALL DAY & 100% Recommended!! My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at Lee’s Summit Subaru! Everyone from the start was so helpful! Texting with Ashley was an easy way to get the ball rolling and it was like texting my best friend. Plus she had everything ready when we arrived! Zane was our sales associate and was filled in with everything Ashley had prepared. Knowing exactly what we wanted, we got moving right away! There was no back and forth negotiations, playing numbers games, or BS we experienced when buying my husbands Chevy just days prior! What a relief it was meeting Zane, he is so friendly and fun, it felt like we were just hanging out with our buddy after work! It was actually a relaxing and fun experience! It didn’t end when we moved to financing either. Sitting down with Daniel, we shared stories about our dogs and his crew of Great Danes and Frenchies. Seriously an incredible group of people they have there! A huge difference it made being at a Family Owned dealership! I have to add that the Subaru Trade Up & Leasing programs are excellent! Not only am I a Subaru owner for life, I will never go anywhere else other than Lee’s Summit Subaru! We’re are part of the family now! Very Impressive! I thought I could never afford another Subaru, but I was wrong, and I am excited to admit it. Being on a fixed income, I was shocked with the great prices and financing that Lee’s Summit Subaru offers on both the new and certified preowned vehicles. By chance, I made an appointment with Liz Myers at L.S. Subaru. Within 2 hours she had me in a ‘25 Outback that was perfect for me. And within another couple of hours, Dan had walked me through financing and Leanna reviewed all the buttons on the steering wheel and dashboard with me. A total No Pressure buying experience that was fun and rewarding. Liz is the perfect person to see if you are looking to buy a Subaru. From start to finish it was a win-win experience. We walked into the dealership 7 months ago, not quite ready to buy. Yesterday, when we walked in, Zack Mathis recognized us and we got started. He listened carefully to our needs and wants, narrowed down our options so we could come to a decision. We took one more test drive to be sure it was what we wanted. We had not really thought we would buy new, but the team made it so easy to fit into our plan that we went ahead and purchased a brand new 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness vehicle! This is for a purchase I did on February 2026. My sales person, Andy, was a pleasant person to speak with. He was able to work with me and answer all my questions about the car I wanted to look at. Overall Andy has been the MVP of my experience and I'll recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a subaru. The one major gripe I had with the dealership was their "Summit Package". I found out this was a dealer-owner imposed package on all vehicles, where each package was seemingly priced all the same, $595, but the items included were all different from car to car. After a couple rounds of speaking with the floor manager, I decided to accept the package as-is as the slew of discounts I received through Costco's program basically nullified it. My advice: be sure to read that summit package as that is NOT on the sticker on their website, or on the car. It's a separate sticker (see photo) and they will include that as an added item in your final price. I was surprised my assigned finance consultant, Dan, was able to get my auto loan through a local credit union on his own whim. This resulted in an attractive interest rate with a local bank, which was pleasing to see in contrast to one of those big banks such as Citizen. I double checked and there's no penalty to pay off early. Overall this was a very honest, no-nonsense negotiation and thought Dan was very professional and honest about the additional warranties I wanted and the auto loan terms. In conclusion I did a LOT of negotiating as a conscious buyer, but this dealership was been very easy to work with, honest, and I didn't have to worry at all about substantial added fees being added to my final price.
