The store manager Patrick was incredibly helpful. I needed help charging a battery and Patrick not only took care of that for me, he helped me get it out of the car (in the rain) and advised me on how long the battery would last. Extremely patient and friendly.

Had the misfortune to have my Expedition and throw a code while at a baseball tourney here. Ethan and the manager ( Sorry/ meant to remember and cannot- great guy - has glasses - Bronson maybe??) provided EXCELLENT customer service for us and got us the code and some other shop products while we were there. Super nice and easy to deal with and walked us step by step through what tests they were running. Got us back on track and we made it back home to Colorado - thanks guys! Mr. Robert is your guy to go too. I Walked in and he welcomed me with open arms. This man was very helpful in not only helping put back up my skid plate quickly that I’ve been having issues with recently but he also recommended certain bolts to use to do so. I highly commend him in his field of work. He is a professional all the way and deserves a raise. Quentin was super helpful and kind this morning (11/21) with my aunt and I. My battery was ancient and finally kicked it last night and he helped us find and choose the right one, and then installed it in what felt like no time. It was super cold outside and we were super grateful he helped us (we know it’s literally just his job, but he’s very good at it and was very patient and informative). Thanks man!

Best customer service ever from an auto parts store. I had just left Mccarthy chevrolet in Lee's Summit. The told me I had the wrong size battery in my truck and told me it needed to be replaced for a charge of $300.00. They said it was the wrong size batter. I went to auto zone thinking I needed to get a new battery. Davin at auto zone asked if he could take a look. He went out there and pointed out that the battery was fine and only needed to slide it forward which he did no charge. I tried to buy his lunch. He refused and said he was glad to help. They will be getting all my business moving forward. Great job davin.

I never handle any of the car maintenance were repairs- my husband always does. We unexpectedly needed a battery replaced in one of our cars but my husband was tied up and not able to take the car. He called up there and they said that they would be happy to help. Upon arriving at the store, I spoke with Davin. He was very helpful and explained the different options in batteries. I purchased one and he immediately installed it. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He went above and beyond to help us out. Kudos to Davin For a job well done!

Just plain bad customer service, won’t be going back. Disorganized and easily overwhelmed, no greeting, no awareness of customer sequential order. I remember my first day, apparently for them it was today.

My wife's car battery was dead, so I charged it enough to crawl to this place. I waited inside for 20 minutes and didn't see anyone. So, I called the manager's number, and a guy came out of the back and answered the phone. I said I need a car battery. He hung up on me and went away. A guy came in from outside and I said I need a car battery. He said he already did 2 and I would have to go somewhere else. Fortunately, my car was able to start and I went to Advance Auto. The guy there helped me immediately and replaced my battery. Do not go to Autozone. They have other things to do besides fixing YOUR stupid car! There was a response to this review to contact AutoZone customer service. I wrote them and was totally ignored. Again.
