I couldn't be happier! My iPhone fell 20ft onto a hard floor and killed the screen. Within 30mins, the tech had fixed it like brand new! The thing I was most impressed about was that the consent you sign says if they break something else while trying to fix it, they have to fix that too. They won't do any real work without your permission (so you don't rack up a bill you don't want), and they even have a 6 month warranty on their repairs! All of this is almost unheard of in service industries these days. Highly recommend.

Super happy with the experience. I purchased my battery online and met the salesman at the store the next day. The gentleman who swapped out my battery today went above and beyond. It was about 12 degrees outside and he spent about 15 minutes swapping the dead battery in my 2017 Ford Fusion. Thank you guys a bunch for all the hard work you do keeping us all powered up in these modern times. Kudos!

I went to location to get a watch battery replaced, while there I decided to take advantage of a posted battery sale. The BP brand of AA/AAA 36 count batteries were on sale 3 for $29.99 (normally $14.99/each). I grabbed my 3 containers of batteries; my total came to $48.58; I pointed out 1 of the 3 sale signs posted that the sale price is 3/$29.99. A 2nd employee immediately pulls all 3 signs down and quickly says "that was for June", I ask "why is it still posted?" I mean today is 7/6, his reply was "they're hanging up for our employee who can't see very well"....now how is that my problem as a customer??? Neither employee offered to honor the "posted" sale price, so I just had him cancel my transaction and left the store. Customer service is non-existent!!

It’s 9:18am on a Thursday 9/19/24 and the store shows open at 8am. No one is here. It’s not a holiday. We were booked with an online appointment for 9am through our T-Mobile insurance and no one is here to help assist us. Do yourself a favor and go some place else that wants to abide by their listed business hours and online scheduling system. Scheduling business elsewhere.

Horrible review from me personally, I felt rushed at the store with the employee and also come to find out that My screen repair from this location was messed up so bad!!!!!! Id love to speak with a manager about all of my IT tech issues this is BS! Screen repair was dirty as ever and also just careless costumer service! I have worked in a field of costumer service my whole life and when I say this was awful, I am upset. Never coming back here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was looking for a battery for one of my watch bracelets. I went to a couple of places and they didn't have it. My sister told me about Batteries Plus and they had it. He took the old one out and put in the new one. It was a little pricey, but what isn't today! I recommend this business!

My iPhone 14 Pro Max battery replacement at the Lees Summit Batteries Plus Bulbs was a disaster. It took two weeks for the battery to arrive, and I wasn't notified. After visiting the store two days in a row, the repair tech finally replaced it, but cracked my screen in the process. The new battery was nearly dead, my phone overheated and shut off, and now it's completely unusable. They refused a full refund because I'd briefly left the store. I only got the battery cost back, which is nothing compared to buying a new phone. The manager was never available. Avoid this place – it was a terrible experience.
