Took my 02 dyna wide to them cause I just could not get it tuned right. Carb was giving me headaches. They stuck it on the dyno and it was off the charts. Bigger jet and fixed a leaky intake and its back to running awesome. Kept me informed thru it all and did me right on the price. Just moved up here from Texas and gotta say they will get all my business. I will recommend them to all my brothers and freinds.

Took my Victory in for a rear tire, wheel bearing install, and MVI. Quick turn around and great prices on the work. This is the second time I’ve used them and both times have been great experiences. Only place I’ll be taking my stuff

DO NOT GO HERE. I came to get my 2 stoke 150cc engine swapped. That was 6 month's ago. I've been trying to get in contact with the same people that I talked to when I gave it to them and no responses. Do not wast your time and money here.

A person I met at a dealer told me about Iron Eagle Customs last year, so I decided to give them a try. I dropped my bike off for the 10k maintenance. Not only were they cheaper then your "dealer" but you are a person and not just an appointment. I try to keep my money local if at all possible and Iron Eagle Customs is just down the street which is great. Everyone i have met including the owner is very friendly and down to earth. I will never go back to the dealer again. Hands down great place!! Great job Iron Eagle Customs!!!

I took an ATV in because I thought the fuel pump was going out, told them to diagnose everything and we would go from there. They took literally weeks, and ended up rebuilding the entire top end, so they said. It still ran terribly, so I took it to another shop. Long story short, they put the damaged parts back in, the valves were so bent it was visible, the fuel pump was bad, and the bottom end was shot. They took my money, straight up lied to me, and treated me like I was inconveniencing them. If they didn't want to work on it, all they had to do was tell me. Incidentally, I have photographs of the parts they told me they would replace, and I have the same parts in a box. They even re-used gaskets. Truly dishonest and underhanded.

Very knowledgeable and honest and gave me details about what I wanted from my bike that most other shops hadn't been able to. Will definitely be going here for the sound upgrade on my 22 ultra.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and so far I'm happy with them. Their prices are not only fair but they helped me out a lot by towing my bike to the shop when it was down. And they got the work done quickly. The owners are nice guys and seem really willing to talk to you about whatever issue you're having. I will absolutely continue doing business with them in the future.

Really fair pricing on tires and service. Keara was greatly helpful in ordering parts. Had me drop off days earlier than planned and quick turn around time. Very happy with Iron Eagle. This will be my HD shop for sure.

Absolutely awful customer service. Ruined a bike because they were too lazy to do their jobs?? Y’all get paid crazy in labor/hr… god forbid you actually fix what you’re being paid to fix?? Go to the dealer before you waste your time and money here; at least they’ll fix your vehicle even if it’s 1.5-2x the rate of any other shop. Honda in Tiffany springs is honest when they won’t fix something, not holding a vehicle hostage for 2 years?!

The crew at Iron Eagle has always taken care of us! Built our race motors for ATVs that lasted far beyond what we originally anticipated. Always open and honest about the turn around and gotten our stuff taken care of even when told we weren’t in a rush. From custom hard to find parts to the specific gas jugs we love, he will have em when we are ready!

DO NOT take your bike here. Brought them my 2000 Yamaha banshee to them almost 2 years ago now and just got it back from them in pieces!!! Originally took it to them to rebuild the motor and get it running right. After about 8 months of me asking when it’ll be done and the owner making every excuse under the sun they finally told me it was done. Went and got it from them and immediately wasn’t running right and idled terribly. I ended up calling them after a couple months and asking them to look at it again and they did. It then proceeded to sit there for another year and they did nothing with it. Finally yesterday I said enough is enough and just went and picked it up. The bike is completely in pieces and the motor is totally dissembled. Every time I called and asked what was going on with it they said the owner was working on it and that he wasn’t in the shop and he would call me back. And every time I would never receive a call back. On the rare occasion I actually did get to talk to him he just made excuse after excuse saying that his employees were quitting and stuff like that. Very disappointing with this whole endeavor, I loved this bike and now I don’t even wanna mess with it anymore. DO NOT GO HERE, your will be disappointed.

Just wanted to give my 2 cents worth about Iron Eagle Customs. I've had them do a 3 hole service, install new rear tire and break pads as well as install my Mustang heated seat on my 2018 Road Glide Ultra. They were always helpful, friendly and did excellent work. Turn around was quick and I think it's important to support your local Mom and Pop shop. I plan on using Iron Eagle for all of my service work and upgrades. Plus they have cool merch!

I had a great experience with Devin and Mark. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in a bind and they worked me in. Fair pricing as well. I recommend them. Outlaw Harley told me to pound sand and they don't work on older Harleys. So I found Iron Eagle.

A little pricey. Well they are worth it. They are cheaper than the dealer but can do anything. I mean anything. They can do anything form tires brakes tune up to full custom builds. These fights are worth the money. They listen to your needs. They are actually interested in what you want and are good at listening to your complaints. They customer service girl in the office is top notch as well. I can’t think of a single bad thing I could even mention about this place. They have my business.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE – ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! I brought my 2000 Yamaha Banshee to this shop almost TWO YEARS AGO, and I just got it back – IN PIECES! Originally, I took it in to have the motor rebuilt and get it running properly. After EIGHT MONTHS of constantly asking for updates, I got nothing but excuses from the owner. Finally, they told me it was done. I went to pick it up, and surprise – it ran horribly and idled like garbage. I called them after a couple of months and asked them to check it again. They agreed, but the bike SAT THERE FOR ANOTHER YEAR without them touching it. Yesterday, I’d finally had enough and just went to pick it up. What did I get? A bike in PIECES and a motor that was COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED. Every time I called, I was told the owner was “working on it” or “wasn’t at the shop,” and he’d call me back. He NEVER did. On the rare occasion I managed to talk to him, it was nothing but excuses – blaming his employees quitting and other nonsense. I loved this bike, and now I don’t even want to deal with it anymore. DO NOT GO HERE. You’ll regret it, and your bike will end up in worse shape than when you brought it in. Absolutely ridiculous experience.
