I have lived in Lees Summit for 50 years. And for as long as Bob Sight has Been in business I have had a great relationship and experience with the company and its people. I am currently in the process of getting my 8 th purchase with them. The service department has always treated me with respect. The quality has always been excellent.

I’m so exited I always get something new for my birthday 9/22 I didn’t know what but I thought why not new car. I had a rough year couldn’t drive everyone knew so I didn’t tell anyone that I was released to drive. I just called a dealership and scheduled buying a brand new car. I told no one long story short. I got Greg and I told him I was ready to buy a new car most of it was done over the phone when I arrived. He had everything in order. I didn’t know I was gonna pick up my car that day and then I really got excited 22 days before my birthday. I have a new car thanks to Bob Sight’s excellent place wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had service on my CRV vehicle this week and as always , it was a good experience. Helpful & friendly employees took care of everything in an efficient & quick time frame at the Lee's Summit location. We own 4 Fords in our family. Keeping up on all the maintenance is not an unpleasant task with such great service near by. They can also pick up your vehicle ; do the repairs or maintenance, and then deliver your car back to your home. VERY easy & a time saver indeed ! Thanks to everyone.

They were on time with my appointment and very customer friendly. This is the second dealership we have been to trying to fix our issues. Not only did they fix the issue they covered it under warranty! They took the time to explain what they found and what they did to fix it. I have always had good experiences with them. The other dealership said the battery and charging system was good and we would have to leave it for a few days so they could figure it out. I was in and out Bob Sight Ford with a new battery in about hour. I would highly recommend their service department. They put their customer first and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Brian our service writer was great to work with and kept me informed throughout the process.
