Eddy's Mazda was great! I stopped by bc I had an issue with my gas tank cover not wanting to close. A very helpful employee came out & looked at it. He showed me why it was happening. Since we live on a dirt road, it gets pretty dusty. He suggested using WD40 on the closing button. Thank you! God bless you.

Let me first say that I am an RN working at a major metropolitan hospital during the current COVID-19 pandemic. I depend on my vehicle to get to work. I have now had two very disappointing experiences with this dealership both due to dishonesty, rudeness, poor communication, and unprofessionalism. I bought a used CX-5 from Eddy’s almost a year ago, it was my first vehicle purchase and I have to say it was everything people say buying a car is. Horrible. But trust me that is a WHOLE different story. I will say, they made up for it eventually but only after I posted a a review about the terrible experience. This time, my experience was with the service department. I have two busted tires that need replacing. This puts me in a huge bind as I need the vehicle to get to my shift tomorrow. I opted to purchase four brand new tires from them. I made an appointment for 1:30. The woman on the phone told me it would take approximately two hours and asked if I would be waiting. I told her no, it would be towed in and that I would come pick it up later when it was done. At 4:30, after having received no updates, I called them. Apparently their technicians had gotten caught up with some other things and I was informed that they hadn’t even started on my car yet and it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. NO ONE even bothered to call and tell me this!!! I need my car for my shift tomorrow and have no other way of getting there. Unbelievable! I spoke to two different people on the phone, a man and a woman. Both of which were rude, unapologetic, made excuses, and didn’t offer to make it right whatsoever. Huge disappointment AGAIN.

I came into Eddy’s Mazda wanting to buy a car immediately and was greeted by a salesman named Blake. Blake addressed my needs right away and made the painful process of looking/finding the right car for me so incredibly easy. He helped me find a car in my price range and even added in some extra bells and whistles. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out this dealership if you’re looking for a new OR used car. I wanted to share my experience with the service department recently. My Miata stopped on the highway and was towed to this dealership. They looked at my car for a few days and proceeded to tell me I needed a new engine at a cost of over 10,000. I wanted to get a second opinion and I am very glad I did. My car needed some timing chain repair and was in no way needing a new engine. It honesty makes me sad to think a dealership would make this kind of statement or error. As a female, it discourages me even further and I feel this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Second opinions are a must!

These guys went above and beyond. Incredible service, knowledgeable, and kept their word. Quinn was a fantastic sales rep, with absolutely amazing hospitality. I won't by a car anywhere else. The knowledge that Quinn had in this brand was impressive. If he didnt know he went and found the answer. The finance manager and sales manager were easy to talk to and genuinely cared about what I wanted and worked their butts off to get it!!

The sales staff are courteous and I did not feel pressured, however, here are the issues I encountered purchasing from Eddy's. The lifetime warranty is not nearly as good as the sales staff let on. I purchased the vehicle and requested a copy and was not provided a copy of the document. When I did get the copy, there were many strings attached to the warranty. I specifically did not want gap coverage and they put it in the deal. I asked them to take it out and upon double check did not catch that it was still included. They promised me a 90 day no payment schedule and then after not getting my title in a month, I called and they stated that the 90 days deal was not correct and I needed to come back in and sign a new purchase agreement. They did pay the first month payment. I hope the service side is better.

Me and the wife was out car shopping, basically looking around. Blake a salesman at the dealership came out, he wasn’t pushy, very professional. He listened to what we were looking for. His whole demeanor was nothing like the cars salesmen we’ve dealt with in the past. I can say he was great to work with as well as the other guys. This dealer does not stand by their vehicles. Buy at your own risk. I purchased a vehicle 10 days ago & they refused to fix issues I’ve found since purchased. They have a “30 day guarantee” but don’t take their word for it!

No pressure, no stress, no nagging, no last minute add-on fees, no slimy salespeople, just honest and straightforward every step of the way. Other car dealerships should model their customer service after Luther. From “I’m just looking” to “where do I sign” the process was a dream. We walked on the lot expecting the typical pushy salesperson with the typical pushy questions that bring anxiety into the typical purchasing experience but the reality of our experience couldn’t have been farther from this. Seriously, buy your next vehicle here. I’ve received no compensation or other incentives for this review, it is completely unsolicited, nobody from the dealership requested a review either. Their service and approach is just that incredible. The facilities are clean, modern, and well maintained.
