Matt is absolutely amazing! Our car looks better now than it did when we first bought it from CarMax. The quality of work is only surpassed by the super family friendly atmosphere of the shop. Obviously I don’t want to have to have my car repaired from a wreck but I promise you that when I do need work done again I won’t go anywhere else!

After delays with my insurance company for 2 months and referrals to two other places that never returned my calls, I was frustrated to say the least. I wanted to have my car detailed prior to taking the insurance pictures and had called and emailed a company, right across the highway from Premier, two weeks ago. No response, so I drove over there while I was nearby today... closed early. This shouldn't be this difficult!! While sitting in "the stupid company" parking lot, I Googled and found Premier. I'm grateful I did. Despite the fact that it was near closing time for them, Matt asked me to bring my car on over and said he'd do a quick estimate and schedule a time for the detail and pics for the insurance company. That's more like it! Easy. Customer Service Oriented. Knowledgeable. AWESOME!

Looked around at a few places to remove a dent on the hood of my Challenger and these guys offered one of the lowest rates. I brought it in and they had it removed in less than 30 minutes. The hood looks absolutely perfect and you can't tell there was ever a dent. Nice place, quality work and quality people.

Went to this shop after seeing the good reviews they had and couldn’t be happier with how my car turned out. I had tree damage, some hail and the damage a “friend” caused trying to fix it. I believe I got a great deal and they went beyond what I expected. They worked with my insurance and all the dents you can’t even tell were there. Also they polished and or clay bared my car, cleaned the tires, rims, dash and doors just to be nice. Not to many people take pride in their work now a days like these guys did. Def would recommend to anyone Appreciate it a lot guys!

Our car was parked at KCI airport when a hail storm came through. Every surface of the car was dented, with more than 200 dents in the roof alone. All of the trim around the windows was damaged too. Mike got me scheduled quickly, and worked with the insurance company to make sure the entire repair was covered. The completed job is fantastic! He even threw in a whole-car buffing to make my Subaru look like new. I wholeheartedly recommend Premier!

Wow. I took my Lexus sport coupe to Matt and the gang @ Premier dent repair, in Lee's Summit, MO. I had multiple hail damage dings all over my car. I was pleasantly surprised by how good a job they did for me. My car's body panels are made out of aluminum, known for difficulty of repair. No worries. They fixed it up perfectly. I highly recommend these folks without reservation. I was given an estimate more than double what I actually paid here. They even went above and beyond and a door scratch, that was not part of the estimate or final bill, magically disappeared while they had my vehicle. The door looks like it was never dented. Also, I was in and out in a little less than 2 hours. Sure beats the other guys who were keeping my car for 3 days!

Excellent customer service. Will recommend them for all of the services they offer. I dropped my car off to have all the windows tinted. After a week started to bubble in a couple of places so i brought it back and they fixed it. Unfortunately it bubbled again on different windows so brought it back and they fixed it again. My windows have some sort of protective coat on them so the tint was having a hard time sticking to my windows, premier dent was not at fault for the tint not sticking. For my troubles of having to bring it back multiple times, Billy offered to remove a few dents from the car free of charge and give it a good cleaning. I also had them clean my engine and clay bar the car. They gave me a discount on the cleaning services for the trouble i had with the tint. Vehicle looks immaculate with the dents removed and cleaned. The tint also looks good now.. Strongly recommend..Reasonable price

These guys are seriously the best in the business. They have gone above and beyond for me. I’ve now sent two cars their way to be tinted and they’re incredibly easy to communicate with. They got me in with ease and didn’t take long to have my car done. I had a touch up job that needed to be done with paint and they made it look better than brand new. The tint is high quality but these guys make everything about the process smooth. Highly recommend.

Outstanding! We took our vehicle in for an estimate and were surprised to meet the owner and operator of this business! Great young man to speak to, and "he knows his business inside and out!" Mike was impressive to talk to and explained the issues and the processes to complete the job! Remarkable quote from other repair shops and detail shops I'd already spoken to for estimates! The facility was nice and comfortable in the waiting area and also accommodates kids who have to wait! The shop was full of business and we could tell from the beginning this was the place to be!
