I have a 2010 Compass and got leather seats a few weeks ago. Wow!! Why did I wait so long? It looks like a brand new car and I don't flip-out when my son spills his drink. I just wipe it clean with no stains. I also have an upcoming appointment for an alarm system. I normally don't write reviews but had to because I'm so in love with my car again. Michelle was very friendly every time I called and Rich/Matthew helped me with my leather. Thank you to an awesome business. 6 Stars for sure.

The quality of work for the bed liner was great, but I noticed minor scratches in my paint on the side of my truck. Also, I did not know or was told that they drove my truck from Gilroy, CA to Hayward, CA (approx. 60 miles each way, 120 miles round trip) instead of putting it on a truck. Since I had the dealership I bought the truck from throw in the bed liner for free as part of the deal, I had very little involvement on the whole process and neither party told me. They also did not refill my gas tank. Very unprofessional way of doing business in my opinion. Update: The company contacted me shortly after I posted my review to discuss the issues. They sincerely took my feedback, sent me a $50 gift card for gas compensation, and did NOT ask me to change my review. I increased my rating as a result of this call by one star.

Their response time is very quick. If you need a quote, they’ll let you know exactly how much it will be. They took about 3 hours to install my backup camera. I love it because it has so many things that comes with it. Instead of buying a new car with a back up camera, i just decided it would be a better idea to invest in this. It saves more money and I’m really happy with the outcome.

I consider this shop the best in the Bay Area, because when it comes to professionalism in service and parts this is IT. You will be wasting to your money and time in others shop. Ever since I came here over 10 years ago and done services over a big number of cars, and had not problems with anything, which makes this shop unique. A few weeks ago, I was referred to Autohaus to order a factory amp upgrade for my 2020 X3. Joe was awesome in explaining what to expect, how long the job would take to complete etc. He also suggested that I emailed a playing list so that the tuner tech would be able to adjust the sound based on my music tastes (which is very diverse). Folks, if you truly value your listening experience, I say this step is necessary. You need to consider the dynamic range of the music you enjoy listening to! The upgrade went well and I was pleased. Joe explained that he felt we could get more from the under seat subs (aftermarket) to open up the sound by adding an additional piece which was relatively inexpensive, but I should see how I felt for a few weeks and let him know if I wanted to go ahead with the additional piece (sorry, I can't remember what it is). I'm somewhat of a sound geek and completely agreed with his assessment after a few days and had him order the piece and booked an appointment (it was yesterday). All I can say is WOW! Totally opened up the sound stage in my car! The tuner, Dan, did a phenomenal job placing the module (completely invisible) and retuned the system. When Joe explained the operation of the module and I started to listen to my music, I was simply floored. So much so, in fact, that I sat in my car for about an hour listening to music after I got home. Without a doubt, Autohaus is the place to go if your music listening experience is important to you.

It's a small thing, sure, but it shows great attention to detail... I've put window tint on each car I've owned over the years so I know not to roll down the windows for a few days.. However, sometimes you forget, or your spouse or kids forget and they do it to a fresh tint, which can cause some issues.. This is literally the first time I've ever had a shop put these great reminder tape strips on the window buttons (on all four doors)... Yes, the tint looks great, and their pricing was excellent (they have entry-level tint, plus the higher end tint options too). I was just surprised to see the DO NOT ROLL DOWN tape when I got my car back-- Kudos to the team at Autohaus!
