Nissan Versa: Silver Two years in a row now these mechanics have made sure that me and my babies are safe in my car. From inspections and diagnostics, to brakes/brake pads they are on top of it all. They care more about your safety on the road than other mechanics and shops I've been to on the island who lie to get a buck. My trust is with them especially because they showed they cared for me & my children through tough situations with the car and knew how important it was to me.

Amazing customer service! I’ve never dealt with a shop that took the time to actually listen and not end up charging me an arm and a leg! Very honest and didn’t take advantage of me not knowing much about services or pricing. I took the car to a mechanic a week prior and after the estimate I was given, my friend recommended I try somewhere else first and the price difference was appalling! They are as honest as it gets, and they build customers for life.

I wish I can give this place more stars, for their exceptional service.✨ From the initial call, to the scheduled appointment day, and even the phone call after the service appointment. Back in March I took my car to this shop with a Check Engine Light. I know nothing about car mechanics but the guys there were awesome. They were very welcoming and nice. They explained the problem and walked me through possible solutions. They were honest with their diagnosis and very reasonable and fair with their prices (figured that out after shopping around). I am also planning on buying a new car from them. Their cars seem to be clean and well maintained.. completely trustworthy 👌

I’ve been going to this shop for the past year now and I’ve only had amazing experiences. My car has had a couple issues within the last few months and I was able to come here every time. I am always greeted and feel welcomed by the owner and employees. The prices are very reasonable and the owner takes time to explain the cost and reasoning of each service. I also love how fast everything gets done. Anything you need will be attended to immediately and any questions you have will be answered. The owner is very polite, reasonable, and clearly cares about his customers. If you ever have any mechanical problems, this is the place to be.

Came in with a major oil leak on my x5M. They asked if I recently got an oil change and I said just last week. They stated the previous mechanic messed up my oil plug and they replaced it for me on the spot . No more leaks!!!! My other mechanic wanted $1500 to replace a bunch of parts that were causing the leaks. Automaster charger me $100!!!!

I went to change brakes, rotors and put gas for AC. I went to auto masters after I checked with another place on Richmond road. The price was really reasonable comparing to other mechanics shop. It was affordable, the service was great. manager was nice and the service was great. I highly recommend them. I am already schedule to fix my daughter car. They have 2 locations now.

They did an excellent job on my Toyota, payed 6k to fix the whole care and it’s brand new with no more problems since I crashed the car like 3 times so I had to get a l out of stuff done, it’s for sure worth the 6k I payed. I’d 100% recommend coming here again!

I have to start by saying this is a 10/10 mechanic. I was having issues with my car that several different mechanics couldn’t help me with, I felt they were taking advantage of me because I’m a young woman and they assume I could get ripped off. After being given outrages prices, I finally received a very reasonable price here at automaster. They treated me like family, every move with care. Not to mention the staff was very professional and courteous. They took care of every little problem. I could easily say that this is my permanent mechanic now and I would highly recommend anyone to come here.

Went there to fix something with my engine and they fixed it, so far, so good 👍, they seem to be good with their work. Price is fair but be careful bc if you bring them a part to install and is the wrong one for your vehicle, they will charge you for the job anyway. Don't know if all mechanics do that but that happened to me in that shop. Overall so far I trust taking my car there.

I went to two different mechanics before coming here insisting I had an issue with my wheels. They ignored me. The team, Rami and Kamal, at Automaster listened and actually did the work and found the issue - which turned out to be a big safety issue 😳 Axel was cracked, nearly split off, it was a matter of time and risk that my wheels didnt fall off in mid drive. You can see in the pics how bad it got - how the first two mechanics didnt find it is ridiculous - and I'd chock it up to the reality of how some mechanics treat women vehicle owners as the previous did with dismissing my concern 🤷🏽‍♀️ Automaster is a refreshing, honest place for my vehicle, and ME! Rami and Kamal did a great job hearing me, assessing my vehicle and finding the issue and resolving it ASAP within two days (had to get parts) in time for my car to be safe to drive for work the next day. They communicated pretty well and kept me informed. (If no car i needed to obtain back up.) They even showed me what the found with my car on the lift and explained in detail, quite quickly and well. Quoted me a fair price, got the parts and repaired. I absolutely felt the difference in how my vehicle drove once it was fixed and now breathe a sigh of relief as i drive. Thank you!!!! Small cons, the same in most repair shops of timing isnt always easy to manage so the wait was a while (but you can choose to not wait and return when its done.) They had wifi and I got some work done so it worked out ok. Theres no coffee shop or something within 10 mins walk to sit and wait. Minor things. Im grateful for excellent service and happy to return for whatever my car needs. I also found their prices to be reasonable and fair. Thanks guys!!!
