This place is THE PLACE to go!! I have never had such an easy and enjoyable experience with a service shop! Service shops are kinda like dentists - you never want to have to go, but sometimes it's a necessary evil, and let me tell you, this was a joy. I have a Jeep Wrangler and I couldn't get it to start, so after having it jumped and still not working, had it towed to Automasters since the Jeep dealership had a ONE MONTH WAIT. What a blessing in disguise! Erica was awesome on the phone and kept in great communication with me. I was told I could be in and out easily within just a few hours (assuming it just needed a new battery, which it did), and they were good on their word. I've been told the same several times by several different shops in the past for similar things, but then somehow my car ends up having to be there FOR DAYS. They got my Jeep in immediately and within an hour or two it was fixed! They are honest and well priced. Thank you all for taking such good care of me and my car! I will never go anywhere else! This place is a game changer, trust me.

The customer service was A1. Great friendly people. But..I was charged a 600 dollar labor fee for a 40 dollar part. I was under the impression that I needed a thermostat, but instead they only changed the coolant sensor. On top of a 3.5 percent charge to use my debit card. I went on a Thursday and was told that I could come back Tuesday. I was there Tuesday at 8am and recieved a call at 11am verifying that I wanted the car fixed. I was like huh, that's what's you supposed to be working on so I didn't get my car back until Wednesday. Again spectacular customer service. I would advise, what I should have done, get a 2nd or 3rd opinion first.

I’m absolutely someone who dreads taking my car to the mechanic. I’ve been duped more than once, and as a single woman, it’s frustrating feeling like you can’t trust anyone with something as important as car maintenance. I was referred to Auto Masters by a friend, and from the minute I called to the moment I drove my car home, I felt completely taken care of. Casey is incredibly kind and professional, and even though I didn’t catch the names of the rest of the team, they were equally friendly, respectful, and thorough. I had to get my compressor replaced when my air conditioning quick working, and not only was the work done quickly the same day, but I also know I got a very fair price. It’s rare to find a mechanic who is solid, honest, and dependable—and I’m just really grateful to have found that here. I’ll definitely be back (hopefully not too soon, though)!

WORLD'S BEST MECHANICS! We really love Casey and Erika. They run the most honest auto shop we have ever gone to. We literally wanna take them were ever we go, cause its such an invaluable gift to have people like that in your life. I cant tell yall how many times we think of them and whenever we have to go to some other mechanics were we live, we always wish we could just drop in to see them and we always know that we will be treated really good. The diagnostic is free, and they will always let you know what you can do if you dont have much money. They are so awesome to work with. So much love to this amazing couple and their awesome business. (P.S. so sorry it took me so long to write a review. I honestly could have sworn I had but when I double checked and I saw that I hadn't.)

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this auto shop and feel compelled to speak up. I am a hard-working, tax-paying woman who depends on her vehicle to meet serious, daily responsibilities, including caring for my elderly grandparents. Reliability and safety are not optional for me. Yet just two days after servicing my car here, it began smoking and leaking green fluid—an issue that did not exist before I brought it in. The vehicle is now unsafe to drive, and I do not feel comfortable bringing it back at all. As a direct result, I was unable to care for my grandparents as I normally do. This shop didn’t just inconvenience me—they disrupted my life and put me in an unsafe position. What makes this worse is the behavior I experienced during the process. I was repeatedly advised to purchase the wrong parts three different times, and with each “correction,” the price increased. What initially appeared to be a $120 issue slowly escalated toward $240, particularly after I mentioned buying my own parts. That did not feel accidental—it felt calculated. When I questioned these inconsistencies, I was met with dismissive and aggressive behavior, rather than professionalism or accountability. As a woman advocating for herself, I found this treatment unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. I came here in good faith and left with a dangerous new problem, inflated costs, and a strong sense of betrayal. Trust matters in this line of work, and this shop failed badly. I would strongly advise anyone—especially women or caregivers who rely on their vehicle—to be very cautious before bringing their car here.
