I was planning on using this company to replace the front & rear brake pads, as well as resurfacing all four rotors. I was quoted a cheaper and incorrect price when I made my initial call, compared to the price that was given in person (much higher) when I already had our vehicle there. Then I received a call from the owner (Jerry) that he noticed damaged studs and lug nuts when taking off a wheel. He charged $99 just to replace those and damaged my backing plate in doing so. Firestone only charged me $12 to replace additional damaged studs and lug nuts. This place overcharges and needs better communication between the employees on pricing! See photos.

I spent $400 to almost lose my life. Called ahead of time to see if they had availability to fix my brakes since I was attempting to have this done before going to pick up my daughter from school. they did have time and although $400 was a bit more than I would've expected for replacing the front rotors and brake pads. I had no issues since the was being done by a professional. So, I pay, my car comes out and the first thing I see is that there is quite literally a bucket load of brake fluid pouring down behind my driver side tire. Before even getting into my vehicle I got the attention of the guy at the desk who was still outside, to show him and ask why it was that wet, it was very concerning to me, but his reply was "it is totally fine. " in route to go pick up my daughter no later than 10 minutes after I left i lose brakes .... Luckily, no one was in front of me and I had enough time to come to a complete stop. I opened the hood to take a look and see if I can see anything and what do you know all of the brake fluid was gone from the reservoir and the cap that was forgotten to put back on was sitting next to my fuse box on the side of the engine compartment. Despite the poor quality of the service and the danger of a situation that it was, at least I had not picked up my daughter yet and I was able to walk to the nearest autozone, get brake fluid and take care of the issue.

Started off bad as the employee who was suppose to have ordered the parts failed to do so. After talking with the manager he failed to do anything and would not return my calls. Finally a new guy transferred to the store and he provided excellent service and they did a great job. The former employee and manager failed.

I've had a few minor and 1 or 2.Semi major issues with my 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS, and all these guys down here know what they're doing what they're talking about and have been excellent help with great price ranges and even help me out on some of the prices when my wallet was a little bit light. Anybody to ask me of any place to go I tell everybody, and I will continue to tell everybody to go to budget breaks on Brainerd road. They are the best, not just for breaks, but just about everything else included.
