We have a SONUS system and because of changes that SONUS made. Hooking up to a new network was very confusing and hard to do. We called Tyler for a new camera system at our Hardware store. Was very responsive and was able to get out and get us a quote in Just a few days. They then ordered the equipment and scheduled us for an install a short while later. Install was extremely professional and very neat and discreet. Tyler was very thorough after the install with making sure the cameras were all looking in all the right places and going over how to use the system and the app. Would highly recommend AD+E to anyone looking for security cameras. Later on I called for service for what I thought was a problem . The problem was us we had accidentally unplugged our system and did not check it.
