To anyone out there who wants top quality work done on your vehicle, go check out Automotive Pros on Barstow in Fresno CA! Specifically ask for Natalie or Nia. They both are very professional and courteous. They will go out of their way to see to it that you are satisfied with the top quality work on your vehicle and treat you with the utmost respect! They are diligent and will keep you informed on the process as well as any updates on your vehicle. I highly recommend Automotive Pros because of their professionalism and they will not try to over charge you to get your vehicle back on the road and in safe driving condition! I'm a first time customer. I was browsing the internet looking for an auto shop to diagnose an engine light on my 2917 hyundai tucson. I met Dan, one of their tech who was friendly and nice and showed me the way to their office. The office was clean and neat and the staffs (Natalie and Mia) are courteous and very helpful. making me comfortable while waiting for my van to be serviced. Mia fixed me coffee while I was waiting. The price they charge me was pretty decent ( I suppose) My car is back on the road. My overall experience here was pleasant. The only only downside was the extra $15 they charge me for using my credit card. Other than that, everything was great.

Excellent and quick are 2 words I would use to describe this shop. They are great with communication and are able to identify and fix whatever is wrong with your car. They work with most warranty companies. My differential blew the week of Thanksgiving, they we able to order a new part, install it and return it to me in less than a week. They are a little more on the expensive side, but when it comes to getting your vehicle fixed, you don't want to cheap out. Well worth the price.

Car Owners BEWARE!!! Front end lineup was fine....But expect to be upsold Big Time for front end replacement work that doesn't need done. I took their estimate to my normal mechanic and they said there's nothing wrong with your car.

Went here a couple of years ago, what they fixed broke again, we scheduled an appointment to get it diagnosed and fixed but the front desk lady failed to check the warranty due date on our part and told us it expired 3 days ago so now they cannot fix what they started. We called more than 3 days ago, therefore, she should've had us come in earlier if she knew the warranty was about to expire. NOW, the only option is to pay for a new diagnostic AND the part AND the labor when this all should've been free. very upset.
