Called to asked about their heater core cost for my vehicle they had one and it cost $63.00. All other shops cost $32.00 These guys charge nearly double. Do we here need to say anything more about being ripped off by this co. ?

2nd visit to them first time they were amazing and replaced my whole Radator. This past weekend one of my hoses cracked and was leaking bad took it in to a big name car place and quoted $150 which was crazy waited till Monday took it to ARS quoted $70 and only took 30mins they are the best thank you guys so much :)

beware!!! beware!!! beware!!! beware!!! they quoted me $130 for a weld repair on a cracked oil pan. we shook hands on that quote as i also stated "$130.00" out the door. adan stated yes!!! so we shook hands like men. but unfortunately he was not a man. he decides to call me several days later telling me that the job was took a little longer than expected but he was able to repair it. he pulls a curve ball and tells me the cost was $230.00 nearly double the price quote!!!!!!!!!!! i told him what about the $130.00 he quoted me? he stated that because the job took longer he would have to charge me for the extra time he put in. i was angry and upset. you just don't do that to customers. good business sense and customer relations are nothing to these people. now i can't even go pickup my oil pan because i can't pay his insane price!!!!!! people do not do business with these low lifes!!!! i told him he should of confirmed this with me over the phone before he decided to jack up the bill!!!! so now i'm out of a part!! thieves!!! thieves!!! thieves!!! thieves!!! thieves!!! thieves!!! thieves!!! thieves!!! thieves!!!

This shop was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave a detailed description of the work that they would do to fix the problem on my radiator and what it would cost. Also, they had the best price for a radiator service out of all of the places I called in Bakersfield. I am very impressed with this business and will be referring them to everyone I know. Not only is my radiator fixed, but they took mine right in and started working on it as soon as I arrived! This was convenient because I live up in Tehachapi and did not want to drive back and forth. They had the entire job done in the amount of time it took me to go to Costco and the post office! A+ service! Thanks ARS!

The shop was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave a detailed description of the work Clutch fan was tired so got a new GM HD clutch part #88961767. Radiator was leaking in all sorts of place, and also could not be roded out. The side tanks looked almost new. So I got it re-cored. It was all ready a 3 core high efficiency from the factory. Now it is a little more high efficiency, the tubs are a little bigger also. Sense every thing was already out I had them but a trans cooler on it too. . The instillation looks wonderful. They do a lot of heavy truck and oil field radiators. They know there stuff. It took a week to do but i told them to take there time. So I would recommended then to any of you guy in the Greater California area.

DON’T GO HERE I took a radiator in for repair. They checked it out, called me back and said it was not repairable I asked them to hold it for me till I could get back there. I’m from out of town and took awhile till I could get back , a week and half. I needed the recovery tank off of it. They scrapped it out instead. Good thing I called before driving an hour for nothing. When I questioned them they didn’t know anything then they said that the recovery tank was bad also. How convenient! First and last time to go here.

Call in to get an estimate, the salesman was very unprofessional when asked if they worked on Saturdays. Laugh sarcastically and told me that "tomorrow is 4th of July" Never asked that question. I`ll take my business somewhere else. Would give Negative 5 Stars but can`t post

I cannot believe that a employee has to lie to make themselves look good in front of their employer but I took a radiator into this shop to get fixed I had put two small rags into the upper and lower hose holes because i didn't want any thing to get into my radiator while in transit and when I was taking out of the trunk of my car I specifically said that there are two rags one in each hole and showed it to the guy in the shop then I left for a couple of hrs to let them do the work came back paid 90.00 and was on my way got back to my truck installed the radiator and started to drive north to Bakersfield well Iwas overheating again so I pulled off the rd and waited til next morning and friend and I was wondering what happened when we put water in the radiator we proceeded to drive further because we couldn't see any leaks well I overheated again pulled over then again put fluid in radiator and then we noticed something in the radiator and it was one of he rags that I used to make sure nothing got in my radiator I then proceeded call the shop and not really mad about the work cause he actually fixed the radiator but was mad about the rag that was in there as I was speaking to the owner about it he says to me well I wasn't here and I'm not in the middle of this and would ignore me and what I was trying to tell him so he goes and gets his employee to get the bottom of it and the employee says that I never told him about the rags and so onim not senile and I made a point to tell him bout the rags. To tell the truth they did the job of fixing the radiator but the lies and accountability are at 1 percent because nobody needs to lie being on the side of an employee is good but to what extent. I for one will never use them again for the reason of the boldface lies and a owner that would not consider that the employee could of been and was wrong for saying that I never told him about the rags good fix but bad customer service this mistake could've and I'm not sure yet if any other damage is done to my vehicle time will tell All in all I'm making sure that people know about this because one begets another BWL
