In my experience with this shop, they use very cheap after market parts. And then when you come back with problems, they act like you're the inconvenience. I had the same part replaced twice. Both were junk. I ended up going somewhere else and had quality parts installed. Big difference in aftermarket parts and this place uses the low end.

First time going there for my 2009 honda accord to get full synthetic oil change vs valvoline express oil in sioux falls and I have to say I am very pleased with not just the price as low as it is but the fact that they looked up my car and put the exact right oil in for my car as it was premium engine oil and as soon as I started my car and drove it had better power and the noise to the engine was quieter then before . I will be returning in the future to see what other good they can do . Big Thanks to Vern and all that helped today.😊😊😊😊

This just came up with our family of 6 over dinner. 15 years ago our family was taking a vacation from Michigan to Yellowstone. Our transmission went out on a Saturday at 4 PM as we were passing through Sioux Falls. We called the Chevy dealership and they could not look at it until Monday so we went into town to look for a motel. We found a fix-it place but it was closed and I went around to the side door and opened it up and there I found Marshall! Marshall jumped into action and had a rebuilt transmission delivered and he stayed late into the night and had us out on the road the very next morning. He went over and above the call of duty and saved our vacation! Also he charged us a very fair price. Not many places left in the world that do business that way. Brought my car in because the brakes were shot. Was able to drop it off for them to fit into their schedule. Turned out a disc caliper blew out as well, they were able to order the part quickly and they fixed it up quickly and SAFELY. They also made a temporary repair to the exhaust as well. Was able to pay over the phone and make arrangements to pick up car after hours. Really great crew over there, will come back take care of the exhaust.

Never had a bad experience here. The owner and mechanics are friendly and will tell you what is going on with your car straight with no bull. I'm not the most car savvy, and feel very comfortable with the advice and suggestions given to me here. Even brought in a new car for a general checkup to see what I got, and they would not charge me full price due to how new and little work they had to do to evaluate. Great staff, great service, no bull pricing and charging. Worth your continued loyalty.
