I took my daughter's car to have it diagnosed. They had the car for about a week because it would die out intermittently and they could not pinpoint the issue. I finally received a call to come and get the car. I paid $90 for them to tell me they think it has a fuel pressure issue. They didn't act as if they wanted to fix it nor did they seem to care that my daughter is driving around in a car that dies on her for no apparent reason.

Our grandson goes to school at USF. His truck wouldn't start. We made a trip thinking we could fix it. Unfortunately that was not the case. Ultimate Automotive was recommended to us. We called and we very impressed with the level of customer service. They recommended a towing company, we got the truck to them and they were able to get it fixed and running in a timely manner at a reasonable price. While traveling back to Oklahoma, my ac stopped working. I had my Mother with me and it was in the upper 90's. You get the picture! Anyway, the minute we walked into Ultimate Automotive, Rob was there to greet us. He was so kind and empathized with our dilemma. He checked out my ac immediately, pressed a button and we were on our way. This all took about 5 minutes! I cannot express how grateful I was for that man and his prompt and professional care! Horrible experience. Had my check engine light on, and the guy (wish I remembered his name) was very rude, and tried telling me over and over that it's impossible to read codes for check engine light on what the issue is.... Told me there isn't anything he can do. Told me that readers don't tell you the issue. I don't need to explain to anyone that that is literally what code readers do. I even told him that I recently had my light on back home at a dealer, and I physically saw the device read out 'fuel injector #3' and yet he still told me that's impossible. 'There's no device that tells you that' I'd stay away from going here

I have always had great experiences taking my vehicles here. The staff in knowledgeable and friendly, the prices are fair, and the mechanical services have been reliable. On my first visit here, the gentleman working the front counter immediately knew the solution for the problem I was having with my wife's car after we described the issue and showed him a video of the engine sound. I have never had a bad experience at Ultimate Automotive. Rob and the team are always very honest about issues and always looking to help you make the best decision that won't break your wallet and keeps your vehicle on the road. Not saying repairs are cheap, but they will let you know if you would be safe to postpone repairs for sometime, are open to looking for used parts if they are more cost effective, and sometimes not charging us for inspection work, knowing that we will be back and more loyal because of it.

I had not used them before... however they were very honest with my SO about their last vehicle... (they are a drive it till it falls apart person). They basically said... we cant honestly do any repairs on this in good conscience... yes its a Honda and runs great for age and milage... but its so rusted out underneath that its not worth any more investment and in fact very close to dangerous. That type of honesty is now rare... I did research on cost/parts and had them work on my truck.... estimate was cost effective, communication and service was spot on...
