I had a service appointment for a warranty repair on a rear lift gate wiper issue and Cody went to great lengths to see if we could get it done that day. His effort was fruitful, and I was only in the service area for about two hours. I was very appreciative of Cody‘s customer service skills. Thank you Cody!

Jared is absolutely the person you want to see when purchasing your next vehicle. He did an outstanding job and truly deserves recognition for his professionalism, courtesy, and the way he carries himself throughout the entire process. Jared, along with the rest of the team, made it clear that their priority was ensuring we left completely satisfied with our new vehicle. Their approach was transparent, respectful, and customer-focused from start to finish. Thank you, Jared, for making this such a smooth and positive experience. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

We purchased a used car from AutoNation and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to address the concerns we had with the car. It needed some repairs and they immediately had them taken care of. There was no intense pressure from them like some dealerships. Highly recommend.

We purchased a car and the next day had to take it back for repair. The service centers communication was terrible and non existent! I would give negative stars if I could. We would call and ask for an update and were told multiple times “we can’t find anyone to get an update for you”. Our service manager would only provide updates after we asked and also told us incorrect information. It took over two weeks to get our car repaired and I’m very confident if we weren’t constantly asking for updates and requesting supervisors our car would still be sitting in the service center. We will NEVER bring our car back to be serviced there.

Yvette and her team were amazing! The professionalism and care from start to finish was top notch. A member of the team even took time to wash my car after servicing and I am beyond grateful. It is care like that that has me coming back as a repeat customer.

Clint, our salesperson and the staff at AutoNation Chevrolet is superior. We’ve bought many vehicles and never had such a smooth, easy experience. Clint went above and beyond to get us the best deal and educate us on the vehicle. Clint is top notch!!! We live in Texas, but were visiting Arizona. We will make a trip to AutoNation when we are ready for a new purchase. Great Job! Rodney and Kim

Been dealing with them for the last few years about my Rolladex on the back of my personal truck. I told them it would just randomly roll back up “it’s supposed to lock and hide/protect stuff” I told them about it and they said they would fix it. It would stay locked for about a month then roll back up. I don’t have time to keep going in so I would wait for my next oil change and tell them about it again. Well this same thing went on for about 2 years and finally I asked if they could just replace it after about 4 visits in 2 years and this wasn’t the 1st time I asked them to replace it but they said oh no we will handle it and fix it so it doesn’t roll back again. During my last visit a week ago I told them it needs to be replaces and of course they say it’s out of warranty, how convenient for them and now I’m stuck with a broken cover! If something is broken just have them fix it and don’t play there game! I will never buy another vehicle of them nor take my truck in for an oil change again! They lost a loyal client due to their shady practices! A manager never even reached out to me or discuss a solution they just had their service advisor Rafael tell me. Update- Per message from the owner above- called a few days later and had to wait a couple days for a return call from their manager. He told me that they buy from a 3rd party with these parts and doubt he could get them covered “again it would have been covered if they would have just replaced it when this happened the 1st time”. He said he would look into it and call me back in a few days, it’s been 2 weeks now! The customer service is a joke here! I also bought my truck with a lift on it and trying to get them to get someone to adjust that every 6 months “ as per them it should be adjusted every 6 months” is also a joke!

I recently bought my second Silverado through AutoNation Chevy and it was another great experience. Clint did a great job supporting me and getting exactly what I wanted. The whole crew was friendly and I would definitely continue to purchase my vehicles here. Thanks again for everything.

I brought my 2025 Chevy Blazer in without an appointment because the cooling fan continued to run after the engine was shut off and an indicator light came on. I was told I would need to leave my vehicle for at least seven days before anyone could even look at it, which was unacceptable for a brand-new car. While discussing this, the fan eventually shut off. When I asked whether it was safe to drive, the service advisor opened the hood and discovered the coolant cap was off and there was no coolant in the vehicle. I immediately pointed out that the car had just been serviced there on December 24th for an oil change. Because this was clearly their error, they addressed it right away. However, this is now the second time this service department has made a serious mistake involving fluids on my brand-new vehicle. The first incident involved windshield washer fluid. Forgetting washer fluid is careless; leaving a vehicle without coolant is dangerous and unacceptable. These repeated oversights show a troubling lack of attention to detail and quality control. I no longer trust this service department with my vehicle and would strongly caution others to double-check all work done here.

The service was good but when it came time to pay, that's another story. Let me explain. I purchased my vehicle used from AutoNation about 1 year ago. At that time I was advised that I was owed 1 curtesy oil change when it became needed, by the finance person. When the oil change was complete I was informed much to my surprise "that will be $105". When I informed her that I was promised a courtesy oil change she checked with her supervisor, the finance staff and several others and surprise surprise no one could confirm that 1)an oil change was ever offered and 2) that the offer was only good for 90 days. First off with each of the previous 6 vehicles I purchased from this dealership it was 2 oil changes and there was never any time constraints. Who gets their oil changed in only 90 days??? When the vehicle said it was time to change the oil , as with this vehicle, I changed the oil. How sad it is that this dealership does not consider customer loyalty after the sale, or honoring commitments to the customer at the time of the sale!

I went in for the car's first (free) oil change and a cabin air filter. the car was 11 months old with 6K miles. When the service technician went to move the car into the shop, he drove recklessly right into another motorist driving with the right-of-way on a cross aisle, causing body damage to the right front of my almost new car! My service rep, Ivan Retana Santos, deserves 5 stars for his efforts, but the quality of the work by the body shop pulls down the overall rating. I was provided a free loaner vehicle for the entire repair time, which took 5 weeks to complete. the first time the car was returned to me, I immediately saw that the bumper and the hood were out of alignment and a gouge existed in the wheel well edge liner. The gouge was obvious because a peel of the plastic was still hanging on! Poor quality control. Ivan assured me the car would be made right to my expectations and he would personally inspect it the next time it came back from the body shop. I requested a wheel alignment also be performed due to the misaligned hood indicating possible frame/suspension damage. I said I wanted a copy of the alignment computer report. The second time the car was ready, I was told that Ivan was off but another, very strict, employee would inspect the repair. Before I got there, I got a call that the employee had found "orange peel" in the paint finish and had sent the car back to the body shop again. After 5+ weeks, I finally got my car back. I never did get an alignment report, so I have no idea if the work was performed. I probably should have only given 2 stars in this review.

Got a new vehicle. One feature (remote start/controls from phone app not working). Was made to think it was a simple/quick fix. Nearly impossible to find a time to schedule an appointment outside of normal work hours. Service writer said she would reach out around the end of the day if they got it fixed, which makes it seem likely it will be done within one business day at least. No communication unless I initiated it. You also lost a key. I was asked to bring in any spare keys a day or two after I dropped off the vehicle. So I brought in two key bodies, and a full key. I only got the one key I initially brought and the two bodies back. So I am still missing one.

If I can give -100 I would! I took my traverse in December 2nd reporting ac and transmission issues it was shifting hard and stuttering , they kept my car for 25 days to tell me they fixed the evap cooler but there was nothing wrong with my transmission other than needing a flush, February 2nd my transmission went out and I had to have it towed to a Chevrolet dealer in Tucson for them to tell me I need a new transmission, torq converter and gearbox! I am beyond mad because this issue should have been fixed when you had my car! Now I have to pay another deductible for the same issue! This is inconvenient and not to mention I’ve had to wait for a rental since the 2nd it is now the 16th. The warranty said I need AutoNation to reimburse me the $250 but I can’t get ahold of anyone of course. I should have never bought this car from AutoNation to begin with.

One star is very high. Made reservation to get my oil changed. Arrived on time took about 15 or so minutes for service writer to come out and check me in. I should have known I was in trouble. I waited at 3 hour mark I located my service advisor who seemed very disturbed that I wanted an update. She said she offered a shuttle for me. At about 3.5 hours she got me like it was a major inconvenience. I chose to not get any further work done on the car even though I asked a coupon for free car wash. They did a nice video showing the air filters. Totally under impressed over 3 hours

Not great. Walked in at 8:30 for a scheduled drop off for a recall item. 8 people sitting at their desk didn't bother to even look up. I stood there for a bit with no interaction and then walked over to an open office to ask find out if I was even in the right place. We gave our customer service person instructions to call my wife's phone when the car was ready for pickup. Instead, they called my phone and we were without a car until the next day. I suggest you greet people when they walk in the door and ask how you can help. Better yet, have someone waiting for the scheduled drops off outside when they arrive. There are tons of options of where to get the car serviced or to trade it in and consider another vehicle. I won't be doing either at AutoNation Chevrolet. Pretty sure if I walked in wanting to buy a car, someone would have greeted me in seconds. It's the aftercare that creates a loyal customer and repeat business.

I brought my car(2006 Corvette) in to have the gear shift looked at (it sometimes would stick in park), an oil change, and to have an inspection of the entire vehicle. First, there was a lack of communication - I never received any information about my car unless I asked and even then it was vague. After a week, I was told by the service manager that a technician would be looking at my car in a few days. Again, I had to contact the service department because I had not heard a word about what was going on with my car. Also, the advisor I was working with told me he would give me daily updates, which he never did. Next, when a technician finally looked at my car, I was told the gear shift had to be replaced ($1300). I asked about how the inspection went and found out it was not done because the technician could not get the gear shift out of park. At this point I decided to take my car somewhere else. When I was brought to my car I was so upset to see how dirty it was considering when I brought it in it was clean. To make this experience even worse, I had to have it towed because now I could not get the car out of park. The place I ended up taking it to had it fixed within a few hours. It turned out it was not the gear shift but was the solenoid, which cost me $485. I am so happy I took my car somewhere else. If I decided to have your service department work on my car, I would have spent a lot of money for something that would not have fixed the problem. I made this appointment expecting a certain level of professionalism, experience and care, which I did not receive. I will never bring a car or buy a car from this location again. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

I went to AutoNation for a Oil and lube. Additionally, I got a new battery for my keyless entry system. The dealership was clean and there were plenty of seats in the waiting room. My service rep was very friendly and helpful. The oil service was fairly quick. Getting the new battery for my keyless entry was really easy and cheap. I think that AutoNation will be my new dealership of choice.

I had an excellent experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert thanks to Ivan in the service department. He was truly amazing—very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Ivan quickly wrote up the necessary service items and had us checked in and moving through the process within minutes. He was thorough, helpful, and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Because of his outstanding service, we will absolutely be returning for all of our future service needs. Great work, Ivan! Highly recommended. 👏

Had an appointment to take care of an open recall and get an oil change. Jennifer was busy helping someone else when I arrived, but I was immediately helped by another service tech. My service was on time and was in and out Lickety-split. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and there was free bottled water and coffee. Very happy.
