I'll give them five stars. Because they got to the problem and they fixed it it wasn't nothing but a minor problem. The service department was really quicker than anticipated. And really really nice people. And I'm glad I have these folks to work with in the future and I recommend them to you as well. Awesome job y'all

I have pros and cons about my experience. I appreciate the greeting upon arrival I didn't get that last visit. After my car got checked in I was asked if I had problems starting the engine because the technician couldn't start the car. So of course I was taken aback because that has not been my experience. I immediately called my husband who happened to be in the area and when he was informed about the battery he "didn't buy it" because again that had not been our experience. The worker assured him that Ford wouldn't intentionally do something to the car but I felt like he could have showed more empathy for his feelings. Also we've only had the car for 7 months so we weren't expecting a $300 service bill for our second service visit. I'm also a woman of a certain age so I was also surprised that Ford does not offer a complimentary basic car wash after your service especially with what we paid for an extended warranty. I will say that most of the workers who walked in the waiting area made eye contact an offered a greeting while some did not. Overall I would rate the service fair.

Chris Adams is the best Service Advisor I know. He gets me in and out. Works with my schedule and I love that. Wouldn't want anyone else to deal with.

The team at Autonation Ford works quickly and on schedule. They communicate any changes to the work that need to occur as well as showing pictures/ videos of what they are describing. They are also very flexible when schedule changes occur.

Went And Got An Oil Change And Tire Rotation , On 01/21/2026 The Change Was Good But I’m Thinking With The Tires Rotation That They Would Make Sure All The Tires Have The Correct Tire Pressure, They Just Rotated Tell And That’s All.

Purchased a car not even a month ago from auto nation ford and it already needed work done, I was lied to and told it was fixed when I took it to service just for it to start backing (jerking, scrubbing, loud noises) acting up a week later and call back and they say oh we couldn’t do it. Unprofessional and worst experience I’ve dealt with in a while.

I arrived about 30 minutes early for a scheduled oil change/tire rotation. I was greeted upon arrival and assured I would be taken care of even with me being early. Lobby was clean with a hot pot of coffee waiting :-)! While waiting I was informed they were waiting on a filter to be delivered and as soon as it arrives they would get me all finished up and ready to go. Overall I waited about 2 hours, which is exactly the amount of time I assumed it would be (this was a Saturday morning appointment). I've only used AutoNation Ford for my oil changes since the purchase of my vehicle in 2023 and I will continue to use them for the life of my vehicle. Thank you AutoNation Ford for all of your hard work, you are greatly appreciated.

Do not go to Autonation Ford of Mobile. The worst hands down dealership I've ever dealt with. The GM is unprofessional and disrespectful. His name is Maier ,Mark Greenlee is the worst service rep ever, lies won't repair their screw up on my SUV. . They set you up for an appointment and once you get there I was told to leavey car for a week or two before they can get to it.3 times I was lied to and they won't provide a loaner car. GM will not return my multiple phone calls ,left multiple messages I'm seeking an attorney to sue them. I reported them to Ford consumer rights center and the BBC. They are the absolute worst.

I've gotten my oil change before from them. They are always nice and let you know about updates needed for your car. I'll be scheduling those next appointments soon.

I was hearing a noise coming from the rear of my truck so I took my truck to my cousin who’s a mechanic. He told me I needed to have some bearings replaced and probably some rotors too, but his price was going to be much higher than the dealership. So I set an appointment online with the dealership for a Monday at 10:30 in the morning. I took my truck in and was greeted by a guy and I told him what I was there for. They didn’t look busy at all. Fast forward to Wednesday morning When I still hadn’t heard from anyone I called and asked for an update and the woman told me that they hadn’t even looked at my truck yet and there were still four cars ahead of mine that needed to be looked at. I didn’t understand the purpose of having an appointment Just to have my truck sit there for two days and not be even touched. I had even asked about a loaner car or a rental and was told they didn’t offer either of those services. Thursday morning rolls around and that’s when I got my first text message Telling me they were going to put my truck on the rack and figure out what was wrong with it. Keeping in mind, I had already told them what was wrong with it. By the end of Thursday, I had received a text telling me what needed to be repaired And I told them to proceed and was then told it would probably be Wednesday before I was able to pick my truck up again. On what planet does anyone think someone can be without their car for nine days I thought. Luckily I was able to pick it up Tuesday morning Which meant I was without my vehicle for eight days. Now I will say that the person on the other end of the text messages was at least thorough and honest and forthcoming and trustworthy. Her name was Shelby. The reason for my three star review it’s because of the incredible wait time that was involved with dropping my truck off on a Monday And not even having it looked at until Thursday.

Start to finish - great experience. Terrell was very knowledgeable of the Explorer that I purchased and helped ensure a smooth sale process - even coming in on his day off. Truly appreciate the up-front, no hassle/no haggle approach that AutoNation uses.

I would like to thank AutoNation Ford for a spectacular service of my vehicle and reasonable price oil change, tire rotation and air filter change. My serviceman that day was very professional and showed care when I didn’t have enough FordPass points to cover the bill. I was only a few points away and he said it’s ok. I truly appreciate the warmth of the visit and the excellence of customer service.

I had an appointment on Friday. However did not get my truck back till Wed of the next week. They didn't start doing my truck till Monday for the Oil change and tire rotation. They didn't look at the A/C issue till Tueaday. Why have an Appt when they do not work on the vehicle till the next week. I am not happy and will probably not be taking my vehicle back to to you. I will find a new shop.At least you got the Lugs on and tightened properly this time

Made an appointment to bring my Lincoln Aviator in for service at 7: AM on 10/10/2025. Service requested included 1. repair cruise control, will not set speed, 2. Hesitates when engine is cold, making it dangerous to pull in traffic. 3. Change oil. AutoNation service had my vehicle from 7:am on 10/10 until after 4: pm on 10/17. The only item accomplished was an oil change. They never even looked at the real issues. Why should I recommend or bring my vehicle in for service. I can have the oil changed in 30 minutes at Express Lube without an appointment. A response would be appreciated. Ron Walker

The people at AutoNation are nice, which is to be expected. The process is long, also to be expected. I choose a vehicle, and got it inspected AFTER purchase. Turned out it needed $5K in repairs. I took it back (within the 5days/250 miles) and got my money back. Things to be mindful of, buying a used car is always dicey. Ask questions! Did you inspect the car? Was it a SAFETY inspection or a certified pre-owned inspection? Note that a 50-point inspection does not include windshield or anything significant. Nor do they have to disclose anything they find, you have to ask. Take the car to be thoroughly inspected by a mechanic BEFORE purchase. Several reputable places will do it free of charge.

Yesterday was my first time visiting AutoNation Ford on I-65. Mark was my advisor & he was absolutely amazing. I went in, not knowing what I needed but I was able to explain to him what was going on. He helped me to get my tires rotated & I was able to use the coupon on the website for windshield wipers & I didn't even spend $60. I also received a complimentary inspection. I'll definitely be back when it's time for any services needed on my truck & I'll always ask for Mark!

I scheduled a service appointment for 2/21 several days in advance. I marked that I was bringing my vehicle in for 3 recalls to be completed. When I showed up, they did not have any of the parts needed to complete the recall work and said it would take 7 hours to complete. They would need to order them and it would be at least Wednesday (2/25) before they would be in. I got a text Thursday, 2/26, that the parts were in. I asked at that time if I brought it in Friday afternoon on my way back from Pensacola if I would have it back Saturday before close - since the service department is closed Sunday. I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem. On Friday, I returned early and dropped my car off about 11am. At that time I asked to confirm my car would be ready for pick up Saturday. The technician scoffed at me because I dropped it off “so late in the day” that it would like be Monday before I could pick up - even though I was dropping off earlier than originally inquired about. When I pulled out the text message stating it would be ready before end of day Saturday, he said “we’ll have to see what we can do, but I wouldn’t count on it”. He was incredibly rude. I did get a call around 3:30 Friday that my car was ready and the work took less time than expected. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing and I do not plan on returning to AutoNation Ford for any future work or to purchase a car (as we are currently looking to buy).
