Just drove home my new 2026 Mercedes GLE450 and I love it! Everything about the process was super easy, and my salesman did not push me to by something right away of their lot. He listened to all of the options I wanted on my car, and he found 3 in the entire US available. Less than a week later, exactly what I wanted is sitting in my driveway. If you are shopping for a MB, definitely ask for Leonard. He goes above and beyond while you are at the dealership- and the communication by him is top notch all the way through delivery! The negotiation process was very simple and I am very pleased with our transaction.This is the 3rd Mercedes dealership I have dealt with, and as long as Leonard is still there; this is where I will go to purchase my next one!!

We took delivery of a new GLC 300 on 12/22/25. We had ordered the car and hoped it would arrive before Christmas, which it did. This car was a replacement for my wife's 2021 GLC. The delivery of the new car was really special and a real big thanks to Leonard for making it so. Belinda was very surprised at how everything went and Leonard went out of his way to make it so. Bravo Zulu to Leonard and the entire team at Mercedes of Mobile! I recently went to Mercedes Benz of Mobile and was very satisfied with the excellent service I received from Quan Bones. I have been to other Mercedes dealerships (Las Vegas and Lancaster) and the service provided in Mobile is even better than that provided at those superior type dealership. He was able to obtain a a vehicle (2025 Maybach GLS 600) for me to test drive and then build a vehicle after the test drive. When other dealership later offered me competitive deals Quan made sure that they also could give me a better transaction for me. When I picked up the vehicle, he put on quite a show for me and my family, which I never had before. He has always been available, friendly, and gets the answers if he doesn’t know. If I get another Mercedes I’ll go through him. He even was available the day after his daughter was born which was the time of the transaction. I’m impressed with the dealership, the owner, and the manager. Thank you for the most comfortable ride I’ve ever had and for giving me superb care.

This dealership has been, by far, the best car purchase experience that I've had to date! I purchased my AMG GLE vehicle completely remote, sight unseen, and was treated with the highest regard and given the best customer service. From the moment that I spoke with the salesman, Leonard Jean-Louis, to Mark, the car manager, and even John, their finance manager, I received true white-glove service throughout. My experience began with Leonard, who was very communicative in the entire process, when I called to inquire about the vehicle. He answered all of my questions and sent a multitude of photos and videos that I kept asking more for because I was shopping from across the country. Mark worked closely with me and stayed open-minded as we negotiated to look for creative solutions. He was motivated to make me happy with my purchase. After we finalized the deal, I had to wait for a few days for my transport to pick up the vehicle to ship to me. During that time, Leonard kept me updated on the status of the vehicle, sent more pictures, and (bless his heart!) even stayed after-hours late at night until my driver arrived to load the vehicle onto his truck! He always responded to my texts quickly and as a bonus, sent them with the best emojis :) Overall, I had a wonderful experience and if there is anyone else like me that's looking for the best deals across the country, you can feel assured you're working with a quality team at MB of Mobile.

Today I traded in my 2016 GLE 350 for the 2026 GLE 450. This was the first time purchasing a car by myself and I was nervous and anxious. Leonard Jean-Louis was my MB Sales Specialist. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had the patience of a saint. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. His reach number is now in my phone, attached to my key fob and in the user guide per Leonard’s insistence.
