They sold my friend a 528 with a failing timing system and the engine seized @ 120k miles. They refused to do the right thing and repair it on goodwill or even at a substantial discount, then expected her to buy another car from them! Just Google "BMW engine seized" and you'll see all the failures and class action suits.

I have had my car almost 3 years, and bought from BMW of Mobile. They are the only ones to have ever touched my car. I get annoyed wanting me to buy something for $1,000.00 every time I have an oil change, but I just say no and move on. Well, this department is getting worse by the day. Last oil change on 8/19/24 the service department was still torn apart. Signs leading me where to go were missing at this point, and I call to get direction. Whoever answers the phone is working from home and has been since 2020, and never offered to get me in touch with someone at the store. Very poor customer service. When I found service my 7:45 apt with drop off service was going to be a while before someone could bring me back. Um, no I made an appointment and needed ride share included which you stated I would receive. Nope, had to call a co-worker to leave work and come get me now. So one month later and my car is leaking oil. Hmmmmm why??? Let's see I made a diagnostic appointment for 7:45. I checked back with them at 10:29 asking when the diagnosis will be done. His reply and I quote "Hoping to get it in here in the next couple of hours." Um no why do I make an appointment if you are just going to look at it, and you have already told me you won't have a loaner until 10/21. So you are going to keep my car ALL DAY for a diagnosis, and then it just stays all weekend? MAYBE if you were giving me the loaner like you told me when you sold me the car, but no I would like to know the issue. So finally when I got upset about not hearing back at 1:26 the suddenly have an answer. I need to replace the whole oil pan and that is going to be $3,362.06. EXCUSE ME WHAT!!!!!!!! So I looked up the parts the most expensive cost would still be under $500 (my cost not theirs), and you want what to do a 30 minute job. Guess What!!! Specialty Transmission and Auto had my car fixed and back to me before lunch, and I did not even have a scheduled appointment. Plus the only issue was the seal in the plug that needed to be replaces. Had to pay for a whole oil change, but totally worth it. You are scams and crooks and the worst of all people. DO NOT BUY BMW--GO LEXUS -ANYTHING other than BMW

Had a great experience. Came from Daphne for a few recall repairs and asked for a diagnostic since my baby is getting up there in miles. They didn't charge me anything and even gave me a ride to and from home. Highly recommend.
