Like always folks there was real nice ..but like normal to have a service done right it took alittle over 1.5 hrs was real pleased with how they where very professional

I dropped my car off on Monday. It is now Wednesday, 12:30pm and still no word on my car!!!! I have tried to call the service department several times and it goes to voicemail. I am beyond frustrated!!!!

The crew was very pleasant and understanding. They never once belittled my knowledge if my car like most other shops. Best part they were quick with the repairs both needed and had been put off. Def would recommend to all VW owners.

Absolutely horrendous service department. The idea of having an appointment is a mystery to this office. 730 appointment - tech doesn't come in until 8. Associate blames it on the 3rd party service that books appointments. Over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Clueless staff, uncaring techs...will not be surprised if they use the wrong type of oil and fluids. Great car dealer - horrible service center. Will never use again.

Absolutely terrible experience. Never recommend this place. Having to see another dealership that’s so far away simply because the manager doesn’t call back and the main lady there is extremely rude and literally said we are an inconvenience.

I had a nail in my tire. I was told BAD NEWS ~ That it couldn't be patched. GOOD NEWS ~ they could sell me a 300.00 tire and of course Plus labor charges. I asked if it was leaking and they said NO, I was good to drive on it. I took my car to Costco. The picture shows what was in my tire. Costco pulled it out and told me it hadn't been long enough to puncture anything. ......😡 Can I give the dealership a negative star rating. For trying to take advantage of vacationers for a quick $$$

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have had issues with our car since we bought it. We have talked to them, brought it in, their excuse is it’s just a VW issue and all of them do that. Our parking break slams on when in reverse at times. Destiny’s response was “well you’ve never had a Volkswagen.” And “what do you want me to do? You can bring it in and I’ll say the same thing I said before.” I asked to speak to the person about her and she said he would call back whenever he had the chance and haven’t heard back since. Super disappointed as this is a BRAND NEW vehicle. I’ve never experienced the disrespect and carelessness of employees about their work or customers. Never would I recommend this place.

Melissa was very Professional, helpful, kept me updated on my service. Answered all my questions. She's the Volvo advisor helping out on Volkswagen's side, it was a pleasure finally meeting someone on the Volkswagen service who enjoys the customer service side of helping people.
