I love how easy it is to book an appointment and there are always a lot time slots available. When you pull in, you are promptly greeted and sent to a spacious and comfortable waiting area. I have never been there over an hour. They send text messages letting you know where they are in the process of servicing your car and then send videos and/or text messages telling and showing the problems that they encounter. This is my 4th Honda Accord, and I will never go anywhere else to get my cars serviced!!!

I want to thank AutoNation Honda. Late on a Friday afternoon I inadvertently ran over some road debris, and right after that I heard a flapping sound on the right side of my 2014 Honda Accord. I didn't see anything obviously wrong and there were no warning lights on the instrument panel. But I was going to have to leave for Atlanta the next day, so not wanting to risk a breakdown on that trip, I drove over to AutoNation Honda to see if they had any time to look at it, fully expecting them to say that they wouldn't be able to get to it until tomorrow at the earliest. But much to my surprise, they not only checked me in right away, but in 10 minutes had found the problem and fixed it - on a Friday afternoon! It was a screw in my tire, which they removed, patched, and even topped off the air in my tire (apparently it had been leaking, but very slowly). And the best part of all - when I asked them how much I owed, they said there was no charge! I can't thank AutoNation enough. I wish more car dealerships were like this. Even if they had charged me, I would still be overjoyed with their promptness in fixing my car. And I especially want to thank Mr. Phil, who handled my service. Thank you all at AutoNation again, and rest assured if I ever need service again on my Honda while in Mobile, I know exactly where to go.

Bought a truck less than 6 months ago for dependability from Ron McCoverry & Autonation Honda, and has had issues ever since! Most recently i was driving and the truck basically missed gear & a loud clunk sounded & soon after check engine light came on as expected! As expected it was a transmission issue, fortunately it was under warranty and was fixed, 6 months and already transmission issues? This is going to be terrible, the same visit, i was told that i needed 2 batteries and the cost was $800! I called Autonation immediately and expressed my concerns, i bought this truck for dependability and the first time Iβm out of town 6 hrs away from home, i have issues!! they told me to come in and i would atleast be reimbursed for the batteries & now January 26, 2026 Jim Dineen & Nelson Bryant are now backtracking & even offered me less! 80k for a truck & you rather lose a customer over $800? Thatβs bad for business! Nelson then hands over paperwork to Alex Iskander and tells him he is leaving for the rest of the day as i watch him do everything in his power to try avoid me ! Showing me some pencil whipped inspection sheet! Not even the decency to tell me himself, i literally spoke with 4 different people & and GM himself passed me down like a pawn!

I am a disabled veteran that needed to trade up from a srw 1 ton to a dually. We decided to drive over and spend Christmas in Mobile just to make a deal on that truck. I needed one night to get approval from my fiduciary to make the trade. The next day (Christmas Eve) they went back on their original offer on my trade-in and offered me a disrespectful amount. I am definitely left with a bad taste in my mouth because I am one who believes in someone's word meaning something, and they didn't hold up to theirs for 24 hours. Update/response: Given the situation, I feel if a resolution is wanted, your business can give me a call. I am currently unimpressed and disappointed with the lack of integrity and professionalism of your business, especially it being Christmas. A start would be honoring the signed offer I had to get approved through my VA fiduciary because of my disability. This is my first negative review of any business and I hate it. I would like to see my mind be changed and have to update my review. Final: I emailed. Not only did I hear nothing back, I went to open my tailgate today for the first time since they "went through" my truck and it's broken and won't open. They have zero integrity and I would steer clear of this business. I am beyond disappointed, and now have to find a mechanic to get the truck fixed before we leave Mobile to be able to pull the 5th wheel home... all because I wanted to trade up for a dually that I liked. By far my worst experience ever with any car dealership.

Where do I start? First, you raise concerns about your vehicles performance, only to have βtechsβ belittle you with every breath. Second, at oil change intervals, you are constantly hassled about βwaiting until the light comes onβ. Why does it matter if theyβre ALL ALREADY paid for? Especially when leaving for a long vacation, Iβm pretty certain changing the oil before the light comes on should be at the customers discretion. Thirdly, from the moment you step out of your vehicle at this dealership, your voice is not heard, you are just another car. Every time I come to this dealership itβs like a sick game of utter nonsense, disrespect, and disappointment. They do NOT care about troubleshooting and addressing your concerns. Raising awareness to issues does not warrant investigation, it warrants defensive comebacks, snide comments, and canβt be bothered attitudes. I will never do business here again, do better Honda. Listen to and address your customerβs concerns. Just because we are customers does not mean we lack mechanical aptitude for understanding vehicles we drive DAILY.
