Great work. Hercules tires can be bought here and they last longer than any other brand I know of, aside from specific tires from two other brands. Uniroyal Long tour with an 80,000 mile warranty And Americus LT235/75R15 10 ply puncture resistant commercial tire. I know that they can get Uniroyal but, not Americus.

My family and I were driving to gulf shores and our brake line blew. We hobbled our way to Bay City and they were more than accommodating. As soon as we pulled in they assessed the car and had the car ready in about 2 hours. After they finished a mechanic named Richy test drove the car and he found that an additional part was missing. He put it in and we were gone 15 minutes later. My mother met a new friend that was working at the desk, she was very pleasant and great to talk to in the meantime. James was very professional and gave us detailed information about the part they added. Highly recommend!

Have a brand new BMW , only 300 miles! Tire pressure went down fast and we needed help. We went to Bay City Tire and Wheel. We were helped immediately and had only a short wait. They were packed but made time for us. They were kind and great work for a small price. Thank You.

I had my son to take the car up to bay City tire & wheel, LLC to get a front end alignment they told him to park it in a spot and give them the keys and they will call him when they are done. We go back up there at 5pm because they never called back. He get up there the car is gone they never called us back to say anything so we called the police 🚓🚨 they finally told us the people had the car impound. and we don't understand how we left our car there to get fixed and nobody called us to tell us it was fixed or they had it impound this is bad for business. This happened on Tue October 8th 2024 did not take your car up there because they are not on the same page 📄

Absolutely awesome service and work. During thanksgiving week, I was traveling through town OTW to FL and had my power steering go out right outside of mobile. After stopping at Firestone and Autozone, both recommended Bay City for the work needed on my vehicles electronic pump. They did not disappoint. They assisted me with diagnosing the extent of the problem, were patient with me in the lobby as I called around town for pricing and even recommended an alternative track with the dealership since they did not have the necessary software for a possible cheaper fix. Just great all around and wish they were my local shop in TX. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Long post- my daughter just moved to Mobile 3 weeks ago and had an emergency with her car this weekend. We called right when they opened and told Steve the issues. He said he would do all he could to help. She barely got the car there but they immediately started helping her. Turns out the previous oil place had not replaced the oil when they changed it out 4 weeks ago. (Allegedly of course. 🙄) She had it checked two days ago at an oil change place in Mobile and they said it was fine and they didn’t see an issue. Steve was flabbergasted and said he is surprise it has been driving! So, he did all he could to get the car in working order again and kept in contact with us every step of the way. Having an 18 year old over 4 hours away stranded is a parents nightmare and Steve certainly eased our minds. He treated our daughter as his own and we are very thankful! Clearly finding honest people is an issue in todays world and we are extremely thankful to have found one of the good ones! Thank you Steve for taking care of our daughter and getting her car drivable again!
