Received an email from the dealership about a manufacturer recommended update for my 2019 Honda civic. Tried to schedule online via the link multiple times to no avail. Called and scheduled the service along with regular periodical fluid and filter changes, tire rotation. Dropped car off a day early with no issues, Got the call to come pickup the vehicle early morning the following day. Absolutely no complaints with that. Would have loved to have been able to schedule online and would have also loved to opportunity to have their services of a courtesy vehicle during service interval.

India, our service coordinator, is always professional and informative. This time it turned our job required two days for parts needed for the driver's side sliding door. It was a sticky mess that was cleaned up and the correct parts replaced. This was inaddition to the regular maintainance after a two-week vacation. India and the mechanics always do a great job.

I’ll start by saying that this is only my second time visiting service. Elizabeth was my service advisor. She’s a people person, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They got me an appointment the next day. She took great care of me and my car. She started by getting me a shuttle back home as soon as I arrived. As for my car, she got everything taken care of from the recall and the oil change to the updates and the power steering rack replaced. Everything that I had a problem with she got it fixed and taken care of.I strongly recommend Auto Nation Honda service department and Elizabeth the advisor for a great experience. They’ll take care of you!!! Thanks Elizabeth!!

Ok, I purchased a 2020 accord brand new. From the first year of having the car I started hearing a clicking noise. I took my car to the dealership 3 times and they claimed it was the cabin filter that turned out to be a lie. They say they fixed the problem when they didn't. I'm waiting now for it to get fixed again allegedly. Another incident I encountered was my tire getting repaired the technician tried to tell me I had the wrong tires on my car and that people have been stealing tires off the accords to put on the civics. That was a lie in my case, glad I had a video of my tires from that morning. Next incident it was with my battery I had a warranty on it and they didn't want to honor it. I acted out of character to get another battery that I shouldn't have to. Now today I bring the car in cause the ac is not blowing as it should, I was told that an dead animal around the compressor clutch and coil. So they give me the car back 2 hours later and it's still blowing the same as when I brought it in, now the car ac is out and not working at all before I pulled off the premises. They don't want to give me a loner car to fix my car. They didn't check ac out for leaks or anything from my knowledge but they claim they charged it up. I'm so over this company I wouldn't recommend them to no one. The way they try to cover stuff up is crazy. If the person has a warranty do the job with no questions or rebuttal should be made. Honor the customer and I will not purchase anything else from AutoNation Honda.

Bought my wife a demo Honda crv,she has put around 7,000 miles and it has 25,000 miles now. The supposed hankook tires have a 60,000 mile warranty but front ones are wearing out. My wife has extended warranty but they refuse to replace. Hankook said once a vehicle is used it's on dealership. My service adviser was nice but this place is a joke. They had a sign up oil change, rotate tires and a few other small things for 399 dollars. Guess they like to stick people. I will never go back to Honda on 65 service road. Next one will be tameron. Beware people

From the beginning to end everything was horrible!!! I called a few days prior to get my appointment for RX 350 Lexus I was letting them know it sounds like my CV AXLE going bad when turning my wheel left it makes a clapping noise, ok fast forward I get there only to be looked at like I was out of place when in fact my appointment was at 9:00 am customer service was trash they need to be trained on how to handle and treat customers properly!!! I was told (Honda Autonation) we don’t see Lexus’s when in fact my warranty is with AUTONATION !!! I was also told the guy in the service department wanted to drive my LEXUS RX 350 to hear the noise I was complaining about ok……… only for him to say he didn’t hear anything when I know for a fact the noise was there!! So I had to call Lexus to get appointment it’s actually today at 2:00 pm.

Salesman was great! Had a problem with vehicle(transmission died within 12 hrs of purchasing). Company was very responsive to defects in vehicle and assured me it would be replaced with a NEW transmission which is being installed as of this review. Service Manager(Elizabeth) was Awesome. She kept me informed of every step in the process of installation of new transmission. Scheduled to pick up vehicle tomorrow. Company stood behind their vehicle and I RESPECT THEM FOR THAT!!
