These guys are great, can't praise enough how amazing Raffi is. Took my 2011 BMW to another mechanic to resolve my electrical issues I was having. I was told the mechanic couldn't resolve and was overwhelmed. Took my vehicle to Autoscope, and with hesitation they were able to resolve issue with out a problem. Being an established customer with AutoScope is like having an extended family care for you and your car. This trip was purely maintenance (oil change/rear wiper blades). The service is quick. Honestly, it’s always been a hassle and pain taking my car to the dealership to get serviced. My check engine light was on and the dealership couldn’t see me for 2 weeks! So, I decided to search for a more convenient and cost-effective alternative and came across this shop on google and have been taking my car here ever since! Raffi and his crew have exceeded my expectations. They’re honest, professional, courteous and not pushy at all. I never feel like they’re just trying to get money out of me. lol plus I can usually get an appointment for the next day. I definitely recommend this place.

I went there twice & had a diagnostic & received the same results that didn’t help with my car issue. I’m highly upset behind losing money to people who seem so nice but yet this turned out to be a bad experience. I will not be coming back nor will I send my relatives & friends to this company. Sincerely a disappointed ex customer.

Oooh! - This European car care shop is an awesome hidden gem! My Jaguar was in-and-out of another repair space since November for the same underlying issue, and I needed someone to cut to the chase - no "fluff" - and tell me exactly what was going on with the erratic behavior of the coolant system. Aric patiently listened to me, and clearly documented my concerns verbatim. Within a few hours, AutoScope correctly addressed the issue. Pricing and the diagnosis was transparent - clean; all of which I appreciated. An added bonus (for me as a woman seeking car repair) was seeing two females whom I believe are long-time employees. Their presence alone lightened the stress of the situation and, too, made my visit even more pleasant. I can honestly share that, when needed, I shall definitely return to AutoScope.

I am writing this review to ensure other customers are aware of the unprofessional and improper conduct by this shop related to an insurance matter involving a loaner vehicle. For a shop that is so pricey and seemed high end, I expected more quality care and (considering a good customer relationship prior to this), I am highly disappointed and frankly appalled. I have been a long-time customer of this business and have paid them thousands of dollars over the years for mechanical repairs. While my personal vehicle was being serviced, the shop provided me with a loaner vehicle. During that time, I was involved in a not-at-fault accident when another driver ran a yield sign and struck the loaner vehicle. The damage was to the shop’s loaner vehicle only. My personal vehicle was not damaged, and I did not owe the shop any outstanding balance for work performed on my car. The at-fault driver’s insurance (Fred Loya) paid a portion of the loaner vehicle’s repair costs, and the shop expressed concern that the insurer might not cover the full amount. Despite my cooperation and assurances that I would work with my insurance if necessary, the shop refused to release my personal vehicle to me unless I immediately opened a claim with my own insurance company. I felt coerced into opening an insurance claim under threat of having my personal vehicle withheld, even though: -The damage involved the shop’s loaner vehicle, not my car -The shop did not perform collision repairs on my vehicle -There was no unpaid repair bill related to my vehicle This action caused me significant stress and placed me in a position where I had no reasonable alternative but to comply in order to regain access to my own vehicle. After research with knowledgeable sources, this conduct was inappropriate, coercive, inconsistent with fair business practices, and possibly illegal (they had no lawful lien leverage over my car according to TX law)—especially given my long-standing customer relationship with the shop. I'm highly offended that my word to contact my insurance company was not good enough and that they felt they could justify not wanting to return my property. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and admitted that they took their time for repairs until they could get the matter resolved. After the 2 weeks, they finally called me with the threat of holding my propery. As stated, under duress, I contacted my insurance and opened a claim only to find out that there was a miscommunication about the claim with Fred Loya and that my insurance company can't do anything other than try to intervene on my behalf. I will never use this shop again as they are no longer worthy of my business or money.

Honestly the service to the car was great, I will take my car back for service. I had them work on my 2012 Benz they repaired the issues showed me upcoming maintenance and the scope of cost to complete. They also clean the car for you so make sure to put anything up that may fall out or get vacuum up.
