DO NOT go to this place . Owner is very disrespectful and dishonest. No certified mechanic employees Did not fix my vehicle correctly and refused to release my car until I paid 850$ and it wasn’t fixed . Worst experience ever .

EXTREMELY rude business owner. I’m in desperate need of an oil change and just started a new job that requires me to be there between 9am to 7pm. I called asking if I could get there at 7:20 or set an appointment early in the morning due to my new work schedule and he started yelling at me telling me it’s my problem to figure out. I asked why he was yelling at me and why he was being rude towards me and he hung up. All I did was ask a simple question.

Wish they had a negative star rating because that would be the only way to rate them. Took my car there to get an alignment they said it would be $25 to see if it could be aligned and $60 if it could. Well they went ahead and took $60 and said it could be aligned told us that we needed to replace parts for it but they can still do the alignment. Took the car back 3 times n still the steering wheel is not straight. Had a mechanic look at my car and he said NO he cannot do a alignment until we replace the parts that they told us also that we needed to replace. So why wouldn't DALLAS AUTO CARE just tell us NO like the other mechanic did. I mean really business is that bad to where making the $35.00 u have to do service that can't be done correctly. Should of charge the $25 inspected it correctly and told us NO I cannot do the alignment until you replace the part instead of charging $60 ****NEVER ASKED FOR MONEY BACK JUST WANT TO WARN PEOPLE WHAT YOU ARE IN FOR COMING HERE****

This is literally the worst mechanic that I've ever had the misfortune of working with. I takes them three or four attempts at random part swapping before they happen up the solution to any problem. I've only put up with it because they are the closest shop to my house; but today they were--once again--tying to troubleshoot a warranty issue, assuring me that they would call as soon as they found out what needed to be done, when I realized it was getting close to close time. I called, and no one answered. I rode my bike to the shop, and they had locked up my car inside. It's Saturday, and they won't be back until Monday morning. I'm stranded at my house all weekend because they can't be bothered to make a phone call.

I had several important maintenance services done on my 2013 Outback including transmission service, new brakes and rotors, oil change etc. Josh had me in and out quickly and was incredibly fair with the cost AND he’s just a kind and charming human. This is the second year I’ve done my yearly maintenance overhaul with them and I’ll be back again as long as I am in Dallas. Thank you, Josh!
