I've had a couple of repairs and/or work done on my 2006 Chevy Silverado over the last 2 months. The staff (David, Sean & Brett) have all been very helpful and knowledgeable in giving me feedback and updates on services to my Chevy. I am excited to say the work performed by the Technicians have been superb. I plan to go back for future work as needed. Autoville has become the #1 stop shop for my Chevy needs. I tell everyone who crosses my path to go to Autoville! I’ve been coming here for everything since I started driving. On top of a friendly staff with great customer service, they are always 100% honest with you and fill you every step of the way. I was recently having some trouble with my car and automatically brought it to them like I always do, not realizing my car was still under warranty. They realized it and called me to tell me to bring it to the dealership since it was still under warranty. I don’t know of any other place that would be so honest about that and lose out on that business that would’ve cost me a pretty penny. And they emailed me their notes of what needed to be replaced and what was wrong with it so I was able to know what I was talking about with the dealership. Very thankful for this honest business that goes above and beyond for their customers!

I have been a very satisfied customer at Autoville, since shortly after they opened. I am there several times a year for routine maintenance, and I have had minor and major repairs done through the years. I have also purchased tires. Everyone is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable…and very ethical. Autoville is the only place that I would consider, when my car needs any type of service.

Big shout out to the guys at Autoville Tire & Car Care I had a bad valve stem on the trailer tire. Luckily the tire just popped off the rim. They replaced the valve stem and told me I should probably get it replaced as it was the best fit they had, but didn't feel that it was a permanent fix. This place is awesome! This is just 1 of the 2 places I always go to repair my Volvo and I have to say it’s amazing and low priced too! Way better than driving 25 miles to Dealership across the bridge. It’s close to my house, just right down the road so I can save gas money and way less expensive than the dealership too. For so long… I thought that the only place I could take my Volvo to was the dealership to fix it, but I am so overjoyed and happy that there is a place down the road that does things right, that’s way less expensive, and helps me save gas…all at the same time! I strongly recommend this place to anyone who lives close by!

I have been using Autoville to service my vehicles for years and, generally, the staff and service have been great. More recently, however, I have seen a decline in the quality control with their service. Over the last few services, I have had oil leaks on 2 different vehicles. Once was because the tech cracked a washer when tightening the oil drain plug (VW) and also damaged the gasket on the oil filter. Later, on another vehicle, something similar occurred with the drain plug and caused the vehicle to leak oil. Now, Autoville did fix the issue both times, but in both circumstances I had to spend the time and money to repair my driveway. In the first instance, I ended up resurfacing the driveway because the oil had gotten everywhere and products like Oil Eater were ineffective at remediating the damage. Thankfully, the second time it happened, the oil was not as pervasive and I was able to remove the stains after a couple applications of the Oil Eater product over 48 hours. I understand mistakes happen, but to have the same issue happen twice with different vehicles within a year, give or take, makes me feel less comfortable with it being a "fluke". Finally, I do appreciate the diligence from the staff and the owner in trying to make things right when these issues occurred, but it leaves me feeling uneasy all the same. I've been lucky that I was able to fix the oil stains, and thank goodness these issues did not occur during travel.

I chose Autoville in Mandeville because I have never had a bad experience there. They do quality work at reasonable prices and THEY ARE HONEST. There have been several times that they have called and told me that work requested was really not needed, or that the work needed was covered by warranty and should be taken to the dealership so I would not have to pay out of pocket. I thought I needed all of the TPMS' replaced on my Crosstrek, but the rear two were fine! The price for the front two was considerably less than the dealership quoted me, and seemed more than reasonable. Everything was explained professionally and in ways I could understand. I will definitely be back when (probably not if 😊) my car needs any other service. Autoville on Hwy 22 is highly recommended!
