They do excellent work at Lakeway and they are very reasonable. I recently needed a new grill for my 2019 Corolla. The dealership quoted $470 and Lakeway completed it for $340. A few years ago they did body work on my 2005 Avalon. Both cars looked brand new after the repairs.

I thought I was going to need some paint to fix a scuff on my bumper or maybe even need a new bumper. Roy was so kind and honest. He got his compound and buffed out my scuffs, no charge. I was so impressed with his efficiency, knowledge, but mostly his trustworthiness. You can guarantee you are going to be taken care of without being tricked or conned like I have been at other car shops. If you need work done, you found the right place… a business you can trust!

Horrible customer service! Do not take your car there unless your repairs are “worth it” for the owner to work on! That’s right! The owner and his receptionist kept making promises to work on my car for leaking sunroof. I had made multiple calls to schedule an appointment because they kept telling me to call back after a certain date every time I called because they had to talk to the owner for some reason to make an appointment and he was not in. Eventually, they told me to bring the car, they gave the estimate for the sunroof, and then the scheduling the appointment game had started back again! Again, made multiple calls, they said they will do the work, but I had to wait for the owner to get back to schedule the appointment. And when I called once again for whatever time after the specified date, they just proceeded to tell me that they are not going to do the work unless I fixed the bumper as well that was damaged and was completely unrelated to the work that they quoted us for the sunroof because it “ain’t worth it” for them to do the work they provided a quote for… they literally said they have a more important work to do and it is not worth it for them. All of that after playing games with us for over a month! And that whole time whenever it rained, the car was filling up with water damaging the interior! The only reason I was trying to see it through because a friend, who is a mechanic recommended them! They were rude on the phone and the owner himself told me that I could have taken the car some place else. Awful experience! Do not do business with them!
