Robert at Northshore Motorworks was extremely professional. When he gave me a date to begin work on my vehicle—which involved a pretty extensive amount of repairs—he started on that exact date and actually finished a little early. Robert also handled some of the communication with my extended warranty company, which saved me a lot of hassle. I was able to pick up my Explorer right after the work was completed without having to wait days for the warranty payment to process. I’ve been driving my Explorer for a few days now with no issues at all. Highly recommend!

They diagnosed the problem and made the repairs within 24 hrs.i had rented a vehicle through Wednesday and was thrilled I could return it early. My experience at NM was very good. I. went in because my windshield wipers quit working. They immediately took the car and diagnosed the problem, the linkage to the wipers had broken. The parts would have to be ordered 3-5 days and 2 hours to replace. Surprisingly the next day they had the part and I waited only 1 hour and I was on my way. The price did not put me in shock either. They were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

These guys were absolutely great! I brought my vehicle to a very popular mechanic shop in Mandeville, and they told me I needed a new engine. I wanted a 2nd opinion and brought it to North shore motor works. They knew I was in a desperate spot. He took the time to really dig in and diagnose the problem and found out it was simply a valve spring! Had my vehicle back 4 days later running great for a fraction of the cost. They're very knowledgeable and trust worty, which are the two best qualities I look for in a mechanic shop. I would suggest them to anyone needing work on their vehicle. Great experience

The team here is willing to put in the work for an honest price to get your vehicle running properly again. Had a rear main seal leak along with an oil pan gasket leak. The team had it done in one day for a very reasonable price. Robert is a very honest man. Upon pickup my truck threw a check engine light for an O2 sensor and Robert replaced them for me. Whether it was coincidence they went out during exhaust removal or if it was just their time Robert took full accountability for it. This place is a gem && any repair I can’t do at the house I will be bringing my business && recommending anyone I know to bring their business to Northshore Motorworks!

Had a heater hose connection break at the firewall. When I tried to repair it, I broke the connection on the other heater hose because of the tight working space. I called Northshore Motorworks, they were able to get me in the next day. I dropped the car off that night, the next morning I got the call that it was ready to go. I stopped by to pick the car up, and was pleased to see the work was done at a price lower than I expected. Very friendly customer service, fast and reliable repair work, very good prices. I will definitely be contacting them again for any further repairs I need done.
